The Inescapable Celibate Heir Chapter 134: Mixed Martial Arts

Zachary's eyes turned sleazy as he leered at Victoria.

"Since you're offering yourself up, I don't mind us three having some fun together," he sneered, motioning for his goons to close in on her.

Despite Victoria's confident stance, he doubted she could handle his six-foot-two henchmen.

Victoria's face twisted in disgust. Zachary's words were repulsive, and his look made her skin crawl. She wanted to claw his eyes out.

With a swift move, she stepped forward and punched Zachary square in the face, his left eye quickly swelling and turning red.

Clutching his eye, Zachary howled in pain, "Damn, this chick hits hard! Watch out!"

He stumbled back a few steps, putting his goons between him and Victoria to avoid further injury.

Once he felt safe, he pointed at Victoria and shouted, "Take her down! No one's ever hit me before, so don't hold back!"

Five tall men charged at Victoria, causing Ruth to scream in fear.

The onlookers outside, though many thought Zachary was despicable, didn't dare to intervene.

They were locals and knew better than to cross Zachary, but some did call the police.

No one expected Victoria to face the five goons without a hint of fear.

She grabbed a nearby wooden stool and swung it left and right, taking down two of the goons who clutched their legs in pain.

The remaining men hesitated, stepping back.

Zachary screeched, "What are you afraid of? She's just lucky! I don't pay you all that money for nothing. Anyone who steps back loses their bonus for the month!"

Under the threat of losing their pay, the remaining goons psyched themselves up and charged again.

They had some street-fighting skills, and though they were unarmed, they weren't about to be intimidated by a petite woman like Victoria.

Unfortunately for them, Victoria had trained in Mixed Martial Arts.

Before becoming a stunt double, she had attended a legitimate MMA training camp and honed her skills in real fights.

To her, their wild punches were full of openings.

They couldn't even touch her before she struck their faces or bodies, leaving them scrambling to protect themselves.

Victoria chased them out of the store, beating them all the way.

Zachary stood inside, stunned as he watched Victoria thrash his goons. It felt surreal, like a bad dream.

Soon, the five men lay sprawled at the store's entrance, groaning and unable to get up, or perhaps unwilling to face more of Victoria's wrath.

The crowd outside watched with interest, pointing and whispering disdainfully. They deserved it for trying to bully someone and getting beaten instead.

Victoria, still gripping the stool, turned to face Zachary with a menacing smile.

Zachary pointed at her, stammering, "You... you can't do this!"

Victoria walked up to him slowly and kicked his leg, making him collapse to the ground.

Clutching his knee, he asked fearfully, "What do you want? Don't push it; my uncle is the police chief, and he has a gun!"

Victoria chuckled lightly. "You better get lost before I decide to break more than just your pride."

Zachary scrambled out, his goons helping him up and asking, "Mr. Johnson, are you okay?"

Zachary slapped the one who asked, furious. "Useless idiots! What have you been eating to grow so big if you can't even handle one woman? You've embarrassed me!"

One of the goons, almost in tears, said, "Mr. Johnson, I think she knows Mixed Martial Arts. It hurt so much when she hit me. My leg went numb when she struck it."

He glanced at Victoria, who shot him a cold look, and quickly pulled Zachary away.

The police arrived a while later, but the troublemakers were gone. They asked a few questions but didn't even take statements before heading back to the station.

Seeing that Victoria had driven them off, Ruth looked at her with admiration.

This was a real-life heroine who had taken down five men single-handedly! It was more exciting than a movie!

After staring at her for a moment, Ruth suddenly remembered, "You're the girl from this morning! You're amazing! What's your name? I'm Ruth. Thank you for saving me today."

Victoria nodded slightly. "Yes, I'm Victoria."

Ruth continued, "Victoria, do you practice Mixed Martial Arts? I once saw a movie where the hero was so skilled he could dodge bullets!"

She added, "I thought only men could learn MMA, but you're incredible! How long would it take for me to get as good as you?"

Victoria recalled her past life training in MMA, working odd jobs at the camp to pay for her lessons, and sparring daily, often ending up bruised and battered.

She smiled faintly. "I trained for three years, but MMA can be very tough and you get injured a lot."

Ruth waved her hand dismissively. She was just curious and didn't really want to learn, especially since there was no place to train in their town.

She picked up the crafts Zachary had knocked over, carefully dusting them off and placing them back on the shelves.

Luckily, most of the wooden carvings were undamaged. Victoria helped her tidy up the store, and soon everything was back in order.

Ruth then remembered to ask, "Victoria, why did you come to my store again? Are you still interested in that reindeer carving?"

"Even though you saved me, I can't give it to you for free. But anything else you like, I can offer as a thank you."

Victoria smiled confidently. "I didn't come for a freebie. I'm here to solve the puzzle."
