Mated to alpha triplets at all-boys school Chapter 72
Kaiden pov
Getting into this bloody Academy is harder than I first assumed. I still don’t understand why I can’t pull the fucking “I’m the prince” card here, but whatever.
At least my father isn’t acting like another thorn in my ass since I did this all on my own, without any help from him. Also, it seems he’s very fucking pleased with himself since I’m looking for that bitch now.
Seriously, once I get the throne, I’m killing her while my father watches, and then, I will kill him too. Will serve him well to see how much of my life he can control and how it ends when he decides to force me to sleep with someone I despise.
A fucking servant for a mate. Yeah, as if I would ever allow it.
Anyway, since my arrival at the Academy, I have caught her smell a few times. It’s faint, barely there, but still there and it doesn’t disappear for good, so I believe she’s somewhere around.
Since I haven’t seen her anywhere I doubt she has joined the Academy. Sure, there’s the fact that this place is supposed to house only male students, but also, I highly doubt her own abilities. There is no way she could have joined the regular Academy with how weak she must be, let alone join the elite program.
“Maybe,” I trail off as I look out of the window, ignoring the buzz and excited shouts behind me. “Maybe she’s a part of that girls school I found not so far from here,” I mutter under my breath.
At first, I thought this is the only place of education around here, but one of my men brought my attention to a girls school about ten miles North from here.
An idea pops in my mind, so I snap my fingers and one of the guys appears next to me. “You called, your highness? How may I serve you?”
Smile, barely there, tugs at the corner of my lip as I chuckle. “Get the headmaster and tell him I want the girls from that school to join us. Only for this event, of course, I’m getting tired being surrounded by all of those dicks and loud dudes. Maybe some company of the ladies will remind those savages how to act during social gatherings.”
“Right away, consider it done, your highness. Anything else?” The guy asks and I actually take a minute to think if I need his assistance.
“No, just that for now. I will let you know if I change my mind.” I grumble and keep staring out of the window.
“Of course, your highness,” the maggot mutters and disappears. One thing my father knows about his men is how to beat them into perfect obedience. Perhaps I should learn that from the old fool too, for future needs, of course.
I still hang around the massive window for the next hour or so as more and more guys flood the place. Soon after, the women start arriving too, each of them making a point to approach me and try to hold a conversation. Some are there only to be polite while others act like low life harlots, so I pay little to no attention to them.
One of the attendees did catch my attention, if I’m being honest. Maybe not her body, that doesn’t look great enough to catch my eye, but I did wonder why she wore a veil.
I kept my eyes on her before the meal, while we chatted for a bit, during the meal and ever after it. And now, I find myself looking around in hope to find her. I’m not sure what’s so great about her, but something’s there and I’m dying to figure out what it is.
After most of the attendees finally let me be, I focus back on my task to find her, but the little thing is nowhere to be seen. I frown at the sight of unimportant people mingling until I notice the fucking triplets.
Those bitches have been thorns in my ass ever since I remember myself too.
My father always blabbers about how good his friend’s triplets are doing. Not only the damned Alpha had a son as his first born, but his mate gave him three at once. It’s always “look how good Elias is doing” or “did you hear about Everett,” and even “why can’t you be more like Ethan?”
I fucking hate them. Hate is a light word to use to describe my emotions towards the three men that stand around like the world is in their hands. Speaking of which, there’s actually something in Elias’ hand and all of them are very carefully inspecting the thing he’s holding.
Curiosity gets the best of me so I slowly walk closer to see whatever they have for myself. Once I’m a couple of steps away from them, I clear my throat. “Gentlemen, I see you’re enjoying my silly little gathering after all.”
All three heads shoot up to look at me with nothing but disgust. Oh, trust me, the feeling is fucking mutual.
“Evening, Kaiden,” Elias is the first one to speak. He hides whatever he’s holding behind his back and raises his eyebrow at me. “You do realize that here in the Academy, we’re all equal and you would end up in a better place if you dropped your idea about being better than others, right? Your pops won’t do shit if we decide to go to town on your ass.”
“Ew, the gay jokes again,” I gag as I snap back at him.
Ethan wiggles his eyebrows, “not jokes anymore, apparently I’m bi and so are my brothers since we share everything. If I get an ass, they get a piece of it too.”
Yes, there it is, another reason to hate these three. “Fine,” I grumble and roll my eyes. “What do you have there?” I ask soon after and point a finger at Elias.
While puzzled, he doesn’t try to hide the thing he’s holding anymore and shows it to me. “It’s an earring. One of the girls dropped it before she fled the party.”
As soon as he waves the thing in front of my face, I catch it - her scent. It takes a whole lot of strength to pretend that this discovery doesn’t affect me at all. Instead, I clear my throat and speak again. “Did you happen to get her name? If you did, I could ask around for her and maybe you three losers might meet her again.”
To my utter surprise, none of them react to my decision to badmouth them and just shrug. “Samantha, she said her name was Samantha.” Everett adds and I nod at them, wordlessy turning around and leaving them be.
As soon as I’m a safe distance away, I call over one of my men and instruct him to find out everything about the mysterious Samantha who must have arrived with the rest of the girls earlier. I stress that the matter is urgent so he doesn’t waste time and hurries away, leaving me standing by the large window and people watching in peace.
Surprisingly, no longer than five minutes after, the man returns to report that no girl by that name has joined the celebration and they even don’t have anyone by that name attending the school. Frustrated, I wave the moron off and keep watching people around me.
I wonder.. I wonder if she’s actually one of the students in this Academy..
