Mated to alpha triplets at all-boys school Chapter 99
Elias pov
On our way to the asshole’s territory, we manage to get in touch with our parents too. Unsurprisingly, after hearing us out, neither of them had an issue with what we are up to.
Like any parent, mom and dad offered to send backup, but never put up a fuss when all of us were against it. That’s how our parents are - understanding and logical. Invading an enemy’s territory is easier in smaller numbers, an army will be noticed quickly.
“Think he hurt her?” Ethan whimpers, fear evident in his voice.
He’s been so fidgety and worried that at one point, Everett and I offered to tie him up and carry him the rest of the way to Kaiden’s territory. I swear, soon he won’t even have fingernails from how much he’s been plucking at those.
“I hope the fuck not,” I growl, unable to hold back the anger that surges through me at the mere thought of Ash being hurt.
“I second what Elias said,” Everett quickly agrees. “If Kaiden knows what’s good for him, which he doesn’t by the way since he stole what is ours, I think he won’t risk hurting her.”
All three of us freeze in our step as Everett’s words echo around us. What is ours..
I suppose we can say Ash is ours, probably not the way I wish she would be in the future, but I can’t dwell on it. We have a serious mission we need to focus on first, the rest comes later.
“Let’s discuss what Everett said later, when Ash is back home, safely tucked in her bed and asleep, okay?” I suggest, casting a quick glance at my brothers.
Thankfully, neither of them seems too keen on trying to press the topic we’re not ready to discuss just yet, so we carry on through the forest, getting closer to Kaiden’s territory.
Once we get so close I can nearly smell the rotten motherfucker, we stop and discuss our options. Yes, we can’t lose much more time, but we also need to remain as careful as we can be. What we’re doing here might result in another war, which is something we can’t afford just yet.
Not that our parents would mind going to war for us, of course. But if we can avoid one, I’ll do my damndest to ensure we do.
“We’re getting Ash out at all costs, right? Even with injuries and deaths, we still get her out.” Ethan speaks up first, looking around as if he’s scared someone’s spying on us.
Everett nods and so do I. If getting her out of that hell is the last thing I do before I die, I’ll consider my life worth living.
“Okay, Everett, do you remember some of those spells you were learning about?” I arch an eyebrow at him.
My brother’s cheeks turn slightly pink as he looks down at his feet. “Well, only some. Truth be told, I never really pay attention during those classes. This sucks, I know, but I kind of slide through the class with Ash’s help mainly. She’s super good with spells and magic shit, so she always boosts me up whenever I need to demonstrate what I can do. You know, secretly makes me look better than I am.”
I nod, but keep pushing. “I understand, but you remember how to do some, right?”
“Yes, I remember the one about masking scent with something else. I’m pretty good at making myself reek like a frog or a pile of shit, as it turns out,” he chuckles.
“Perfect,” I hiss quietly right when Ethan claps his hands and jumps up and down like a kid.
“It’s so cool, I’ve always wanted to smell like a frog. Do me, do me first,” he encourages Everett.
I stay aside and watch them interact, even while acting like idiots, those two still make me feel proud for being their brother.
After about two or three attempts to remember the right words, Everett finally nails them and grins in victory. “There. Elias, will you do me the honor and sniff our bother?” He asks, wiggling his eyebrows like a lunatic.
But alas, I do, and I’ll be damned, Ethan stinks like a frog. Like an actual goddamn frog that just dragged its tiny but fat body out of the pond that everyone’s been shitting in for years. I call this a success - a nauseating one, but a success nevertheless.
I gag a few times and my brothers just laugh as Everett repeats his tricks on me and himself too. It’s not that bad when all of us stink and we get used to the stench, so nothing to die for.
Then, we start moving into the territory, creeping around like some criminals, trying our hardest not to get caught. The place has a lot of guards around here, intense patrols and all the rest, so getting caught is way easier than in any other pack.
One of the first things that we notice is that the territory is buzzing with people. More than usual, almost all dressed in fancy attire like they’re attending an important social gathering or some shit.
“With how we stink and look, I think it’s best we avoid people,” I whisper to my brothers and unsurprisingly, Ethan doesn’t look too happy.
“But they have cupcakes,” he whines. “Can’t you see? All of them are holding cupcakes.”
I barely hold back the bark of laughter when Everett slaps the back of Ethan’s head and reminds him to keep the damn thing in the game, eyes focused on the goal, not food. I swear, our little brother is the embodiment of gluttony when it comes to sweet shit.
Eventually, we avoid the guests, patrols and guards as we approach the building in which we all believe Ash is being held captive. Since Ethan is relatively the smallest of us all, we send him off to quickly scout the area first. When he returns he grins. “I found a secret passage that has to be leading into their secret sex dungeons. Let’s sneak in from there and get back our Ash.”
