It was finally happening! Finally!

There was movement, the demons had finally decided it was time to act. There had been so much doubt, but whatever the reason, they had finally shown the courage I had been waiting for.

I could almost hear the drums of the approaching war, and with it, the arrival of my mate in my arms.

Nobody could no longer say that I was an Alpha who hadn't helped, or that I was good for nothing. On the contrary, I could spy on my mate better and better, and even if we didn't have all the information, at least we wouldn't be taken by surprise.

I had to admit that the king was making a great effort and that they had secured a good number of allies, but they had much to lose and we had too much to gain. It was different when you were a second-rate wolf with too much ambition.

The king was in a difficult situation, and I swear they were going to fall so hard that they wouldn't see it coming.

And finally, we had our first war council. The enemy is about to return to the castle, and now is the time to act.

"All right, gentlemen, we have a very special situation to deal with. We have faced so many challenges by now, that I am sure we can overcome this obstacle " the demon said.

All the important men who needed to be here were present: the most important alphas, the leader of the rogues, a gigantic and terrifying fellow; the Alpha of the Renegade pack; and one of the warriors of the Free Wolves, whom I had personally chosen, and who was not a woman.

There was also a representative of the vampire clans that were on our side. I suppose the vampires, more than anyone else, had to break the rules of the supernatural world in order to live as they wished, especially as far as the human world was concerned.

"Everyone has a role to play here, and only by working together will we achieve our goals so that everything works like clockwork," the demons said.

"Since our movements can be predicted by our enemies, we must have multiple plans..."

"Multiple plans?" asked one of the vampires from the clans. They looked excited and nervous, as if they could hardly control themselves.

"Yes, our enemy is watching us, paying attention to what we do," the demons explained.

"We need each of you to control your warriors. Renegades, we need you to create a major distraction that will make their plans unpredictable. You will be responsible for making sure that the castle's surroundings are taken over and in such a chaotic state that they will not be able to react," the demons explained, and they seemed pleased.

"Of course, gentlemen, you can count on us. We have an idea that is exactly what is needed at this moment," they said maliciously.

"The Free Wolves will keep the allies at bay as they approach from different coordinates. The hybrids will do the hardest part, stopping any advance the king's warriors might make."

"I'll deal with my vampire buddy," Balthazar said, appearing to have some unfinished business with Jeremiah.

"We will take care of the Alphas allied with the king, especially Asher. You, Randall, will command the entrance and clear the way for you to kidnap your Luna. We need to immobilize her so she can't keep informing them of our progress," the demons said, and I was really pleased. Immobilize her… fuck yeah.

Everything was settled and as I walked through the camp, I saw more and more wolves arriving and everyone preparing their weapons and training. I heard shouts and voices calling to take what was ours.

I knew that despite everything that had happened, my father would be proud to know that Red Moon would finally have the important role it always deserved. When I returned to my tent, Ivan was harassing Jessica, and Ava intervened on her behalf.

"Ahhh... demoness, do you want to have fun with me? Come on, I know you must love all the attention... you are so beautiful with that body...you were the King´s whore right?" he said and I saw her punch him right in the nose, breaking it.

"Damn bitch!" he shouted, and when he was about to hit her, I stopped him.

"Beta, the demoness has more important things to do than get into your pants. We have a lot of work to do... go and train our men," I said, and he left grumbling.

"See, I'm not all bad?" I said smiling while she looked at me with hatred. Jessica hides, I complete forgot about her. Because... I mean, I can have my mate, well, almost.

"I can't..." she said, looking haggard. Time had passed, and she could hardly resist, the demoness was at my mercy.

I had to admit that my mate had improved considerably. She now had more pronounced hips and slightly thicker thighs, so the little piece of clothing was riding up to her sweet ass. Her small breasts were squeezed into the neckline. She had dressed up to look delicious.

I approached her. I could see that she was nervous. Her legs were sticking out of the little dress and I wanted so much to caress them. She started to put on high heels, distracted.

I was even more aroused by the fact that she didn't know I was there, lurking.

For some reason, I became more substantial. Maybe it was the power of the demons or the vampire blood. I knew it was weakening Ava, but my goal was greater.

Suddenly, the door opened and my vision faded.

"No!" I screamed, but no one heard me. I held on as best I could and ended up outside, looking through the window.
