Werewolf
Sold by my Alpha, bought by my Mate Chapter 26: Sulfur
Ava
"It seems I won't be able to help you with your little trip... as my king is my main master... I must obey the decisions he asks of me... over you and your interests," I said, looking at the rat alpha; it seemed like steam was about to come out of his ears.
"You convinced him, didn't you? Do you think you'll ruin my chances if I take my mate back to my pack? Well, you're very wrong... everything will be fine, she will be mine..." he said very confidently.
So much so that... it raised suspicion.
"It's a pity I won't be able to see it..." I said ironically.
"And you are very wrong if you think that I won't use you just because you are far away. You're my property, and I'll do whatever I want with you," the bastard said as he put a hand on my hip, but I pushed it away.
"Get your filthy hands off me!" I yelled authoritatively, and he laughed.
"If you don't do as I say, I will go to your king and tell him that you willingly gave me your bracelet," he threatened.
"My king would never believe such a thing!"
"Well, I think your king is completely paranoid, looking for enemies everywhere, and I don't think he would believe a demon... a daughter of darkness."
"What do you mean?"
"He must feel that the demons are close...he must feel the deal I made," he mentioned. Yes, my king knows something strange is happening, and it's all my fault.
"I swear, if you do anything to him..." I threatened.
"Me? I just want to be with my mate, be an Alpha, and be quiet in my pack. But there are others..."
"What do you know, damn rat?" I asked.
Fucking hell!
I had been smelling a strange smell for some time, and it was still coming from near him... a smell of sulfur, one that reminded me of home.
I had a bad feeling that my brothers had been here somehow. It seemed impossible, but there was no other explanation.
Then I smelled Randall's scent in my room... he was snooping, I knew it. I had to get him out of the castle, to have time to come up with a plan... before everything went to hell. So the idea to go to Red Moon was genius. I knew it.
"Hey, I'm the one who asks the questions, here, I'm the one who makes the rules, demon. You just have to obey. Don't forget that. Here, this is a list of things to do while I'm gone," he said as he handed me a paper with several actions to counteract Asher.
What the fucking hell?
"Did you really think I was going to stay here and do your dirty work? Did you expect me to investigate, bribe, plant evidence against him? That's ridiculous, did you lose your mind?" I said incredulously. Randall wasn't playing, and he really wanted to defeat Asher. I had to think very carefully.
"No, but it would be nice if you had that idea in mind...you could lose your pretty little head," he said, and I wanted to hit him and maybe kill him, but he still had control over me.
Of course, he still didn't know how it all worked. My loyalties would always be elsewhere, and even if he wanted me to do all this... he had to keep me close so that I could carry out his wishes. Far away... let's say everything was diluted.
Naturally, I'm not going to explain it to him; it was my brothers who got him into this mess without giving him enough information, didn't he?
The bad thing was that if he was far away... so was my bracelet. I had already asked for a copy to be made. But I was afraid my king would find out.
At least I would be alone to think. I was focused on my ideas when a voice caught my attention. His voice... it made me stop. I don't know what it was about this man.
"My precious hell bird..." Duncan appeared in the doorway of my room with a bouquet of black roses. I had to admit it was a nice touch.
"What are you doing here, doggy?"
"Well... since we're going to be separated for a while, and that weighs heavily on my heart....I thought maybe... you'd like us to see each other one last time."
"We are seeing each other right now..." I replied, and he approached me. The Beta was attractive... hell yeah, with his dark hair, a model's face, almost perfect.
Of course, all wolves were like that, unusually attractive, at least by human standards. Those poor things were hideous.
But it is not just that... he had something else, something that made him stand out, and I didn't know what it was.
"Closer, I mean..." he said, smiling. He was nervous, I could feel it, but at the same time he was determined.
He smelled good, I don't know exactly what yet, but I liked it. I was beginning to realize that there were many things I didn't understand about this wolf.
He was dressed all in black, mimicking my usual attire. Tight pants, a slightly open black shirt... he was tall, muscular, a man in every sense of the word. And boy, did I like men.
"Is this close enough?" I asked as our bodies touched, and I heard him pant.
He was a big wolf, and I knew he was powerful, but in my hands, he was a little puppy. I loved the idea.
"More than okay..."
"You're a brave wolf, I have to admit, some are afraid of me... but I don't bite. Well, I do, but... it's not a deadly bite," I said, wetting my lips with my tongue, and I saw that he didn't take his eyes off me.
"I'm not afraid of you... I feel other things..." he said in a whisper.
"There are so many things to feel in these human bodies..." I said, stroking his hair, gently combing it.
From that moment on, I imagined how it would feel to have him, the pleasure his body would give me.
I was eagerly anticipating it.
"Ava, I..." he said, but I didn't let him finish as we were in my room in an instant and the door was closed. Light came in through the window and I didn't care, I just cornered him.
I kissed him directly, the flowers fell on the floor and my hands went all over his body, touching his muscles, his skin, his clothes... I wanted to eat him in pieces, I wanted to take everything this wolf could offer me.
