Sofia's Point of View

I was so upset with Ethan. I felt like he was taking up for Amy. I couldn't believe he believed I would falsely accuse her of something because I didn't like her. I would never do that. Not even to my worst enemy. He obviously didn't know me as good as he thought he did. If so, he would have known I would never do anything like that. 

"Sof, are you alright? You seem to be very upset," Ella asked and I sighed. We were sitting in the cafeteria because we had about twenty minutes until class started. 

"I can't believe him. I can't believe he is taking her side. It makes me wonder how close they really are, or were when she was here last," I said

"You don't have to worry about anything, Sof. Ethan has always only had eyes for you. He only see Amy as a cousin. He doesn't want her or anyone else," Ella said. Deep down, I knew what she was saying was true but I was upset at him. 

"I have to go to the bathroom," Ella said

"You go. I will meet you in class," I replied. I wanted some time alone to think. 

"Okay," Ella said after looking at me for a while. I knew she was trying to make sure I was okay, then she left. I sighed and stood from the table. I really didn't want to go to class. I didn't want to be around Ethan at the moment. I needed some space. Tali agreed with me and we decided to leave school and go for a walk. 

We went through the backdoor so Ethan wouldn't see us. The back entrance was normally empty because no one really went that way. It wasn't like he would care anyway. He must have been talking to Amy still. He hadn't even come to check on me. I was so lost in my thoughts I bumped into someone as I was walking out of the backdoor. 

"Oh, I am sorry," I said. I looked up and saw Mr. King standing there. 

"It's alright, Ms. Jones. Though, you shouldn't be leaving the school at this time. Do you mind me asking why you are leaving when you should be heading to class?" Mr. King asked

"Umm, I was just," I started but stopped not knowing what to say. I knew I was caught. It was obvious I was leaving. I was shocked when he started to laugh

"It is alright Ms. Jones. I won't say anything," Mr. Jones said causing me to sigh in relief

"Thanks," I said

"No problem. I know you must have a good reason to leave school. I know you are not the type to skip. Are you having problems with the little Alpha?" Mr. King asked. He was right. I wasn't the type to skip. He was also right about saying I was skipping because I was upset with Ethan but I didn't feel comfortable talking to him about that. 

"No. I just don't feel like being here," I said

"Okay," Mr. King said as he held his hands up in surrender. The way he was staring at me was making me feel uncomfortable

"I think I will head back inside the school," I said

"I already told you I won't say anything, Ms. Jones. How about you and I go to get some coffee. I don't mind skipping with you," Mr. King said

"That's unnecessary," I said and turned to walk back into the school but Mr. King got in front of me so I couldn't. 

"I insist, Ms. Jones. We should go and get some coffee. There are somethings I would like to speak to you about," Mr. King said

"I don't think that is a good idea," I said

"Why? Because of that Little Alpha?" Mr. King asked

"Yes and also because that is not appropriate. You are my teacher, Mr. King. Now if you would excuse me I am going to go to class," I said and I tried to move away from him but his hold on my arm tightened. I looked at his eyes to see they were red. "Mr. King," I started to say but he cut me off. 

"Why do you keep fighting this?" Mr King asked suddenly

"Fighting what?" I asked shocked and confused.

"This. I know you have feelings for me, Sofia," Mr. King said causing me to frown.

"No, I don't. I am in love with Ethan. He is my mate," I started saying but he cut me off. 

"No, he is not your mate. You are my beloved and I am done waiting for you," Mr. King said and then his teeth turned to fangs. 

"He wants to mark us," Tali said 

"No," I said and I used my powers to push him away from me and then I ran to the door of the school but before I could get there a woman appeared out of nowhere. I automatically knew she was a witch. I could feel it. She was very powerful and had alot of dark magic around her. It was crazy that I knew she was a dark witch by just looking at her.

"Hello, Sofia," The woman said. The last thing I remember is her lifting her finger and saying something in another language I had never heard before and then darkness took over.
