Ava's Point of View

"Here are your drinks," the waitress said as she set Sof's and my drinks down on the table. 

"Thank you," I said

"Your food will be ready shortly," the waitress said, and then she walked away. I didn't miss the way she looked at me. The glare she sent me as she spoke to me. I didn't miss the way the entire kingdom looked at me. I knew no one trusted me in the werewolf kingdom, but that didn't matter. I didn't care what they thought. I had a mission, and that was to get Sofia to go back to the coven with me. Once I had her on my side, everyone who was rude to mean would pay. We would take over the Earth Realm and every other realm in the world. We would rule, and everything would be great.

I looked around to make sure no one was watching before taking the vile out of my purse and putting it in Sofia's drink. The food came, and Sof still hadn't come out of the restroom. I was about to check on her when she finally came back to the table.

"I was about to check on you. You took a while," I said

"Yeah, I am fine. The foods here," Sof said as she looked at her plate

"Yes, it just arrived," I replied, and we started eating.

"The food is great," Sof said as she picked up her drink  and took a sip. 

"Yes, it is," I replied as I took a sip of my drink as well. I was so happy. My plan was going to work. 

"I wanted to apologize to you again about everything that happened. I know I made a lot of mistakes and I hope we can get back to the way we were before," I said

"I know you are sorry, Ava. I am happy you have changed," Sof said and then she frowned. "I am a little worried."

"Why?" I asked

"After everything you did, everyone feels that you can't get away with it without being punished. I agreed with them at first but now, I don't know. I think you have really changed and I don't you to be punished," Sof said. It seemed like the potion was working. It was making her trust me. I would be able to make her see things my way now. 

"I understand. I did some terrible things. I will take any punishment they give me, Even if it means death," I said

"No, that isn't going to happen, Ava. You are my sister. I will make sure you are safe," Sof said

"I don't want to cause any problems," I said 

"Don't worry about that, Ava. I got this," Sof said

"As long as you are sure," I said

"I am," Sof replied, and we continued eating. Everything was working out just fine.

When we got back at the castle, Sof told me that we were having a meeting with King Ethan. When we got to the room, King Ethan, King Edward, Ella, Tina, Don, Eric, and Tammie were there. Sof and I took a seat and Ethan started to talk.

"Ava, we are having this meeting because we need to talk to you about everything that happened," Ethan said

"Okay," I replied

"We know that you told Sofia that you came to apologize and that you were just passing by when you ran into them with Malissa," King Edward said

"Yes, I felt terrible after everything that happened. I knew I needed to make things right, so I thought the first thing I should do was come and apologize. I knew that I was wrong about all of you. You all have been so good to me, and I wanted to apologize for not giving you a chance. While I was on my way here, I saw that the vampire had Sof and Ella and that they were unconscious. I knew I needed to do something to save them," I said

"So you are saying you just ran into us? It seems too much like a coincidence," Ella said

"Well, that is what happened. I swear. I know you don't like me, Ella, but I am telling the truth," I said

"It still seems like you are leaving something out," King Edward said

"I agree," Ethan said. I looked at everyone else, and it seemed that no one believed me

"I get that you don't trust me. I am telling the truth. I know you plan on punishing me, and like I told Sof. I will take whatever punishment you give. I know I deserve it," I said. 

"Okay, everyone, let's calm down. I believe that Ava is sorry for what she did. I believe she came to apologize, and I don't think she should be punished," Sofia said, shocking everyone.
