"Remember what I said, Sof and Ella. I don't want either of you going anywhere alone, okay," Ethan said. We woke up around seven in the morning to get ready to leave the hotel. We were on the road a little before eight in the morning. We ate at one of the breakfast buffets and only stopped a few times for gas, snacks, and to use the bathroom. 

Now it was four forty-five in the evening, and we were almost in the Vampire Kingdom. I had been nervous the entire ride. I hope everything went well. 

"Don't worry, My Love. Everything will be alright. I am here with you, and I will make sure nothing bad happens to you," Ethan said through the mind-link, and I smiled at him. 

We made it to a tall red gate where there were a lot of vampires guarding it. Behind the gate was a huge castle. It was made of brick and looked like one of those hunted castles you would see in the movies. I could only imagine what the inside looked like. It was probably old with a lot of dust everywhere.

One of the guards came to our car and was about to say something but my Grandpa came out of nowhere and spoke first. 

"They are with me, Vlad." The guards nodded and the gate started  going up. Ethan drove through the gate with Tammie and Lee behind us and my Stacy, Jason, Nick and my dad behind him. We also had two BMW's that had four of our royal guards in two seperate cars behind them. 

Grandpa Damon was waiting outside when we arrived, along with two females.

"Hello, Granddaughter. I am happy you came," Grandpa Damon said as he huggedme once we got out of the car. 

"Hello, Grandpa Damon," I replied as I hugged him back. He pulled away from me and shook Ethan's hand

"Hello, Ethan," Grandpa Damon said

"Hello," Ethan replied. Then Grandpa Damon looked at my mom

"Hello, daughter. I didn't know you were coming. I am so  happy to see you," Grandpa Damon said with a huge smile on his face. 

"I only came to make sure my daughter was okay. This doesn't change anything," my mom said and that caused Grandpa Damon to frown. I wondered what they were talking about. I made a mental note to ask my mom later. Everyone else got out of the cars and Grandpa Damon greeted them. 

"Come on. Let me show you to your rooms," Grandpa Damon said and we walked into the castle. I was shocked because the inside of the castle looked nothing like that outside. It was nicely decorated.

While we walked to our rooms I didn't miss the way some of the vampire members were glaring at us. I decided to ignore it for now. I knew there were going to be a lot of vampires that were upset that we came on their territory. 

Grandpa Damon took Ethan and me to our room last. It was a nice room with a kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom with a bathroom attached. There was another bathroom as well. 

"I will let you freshen up. King Edward will be here in about an hour," Grandpa Damon said

"Okay, thanks," I said, and Grandpa Damon left the room.

"How about we take a shower? It was a very long ride," Ethan said

"Okay," I replied. Ethan took my hand and walked me to the bathroom attached to the master bedroom. He lifted my shirt to take it off, and I lifted my arms without hesitation.
