Sofia's Point of View

"I can't believe King Edward is coming back to the castle with us. Why would you let that happen?" Ella asked. We were on our way back to the castle. We road with Tammie, Stacy, and my mom in one of the limos while Ethan, my dad, Eric, grandpa Damon and King Edward road in another. Jason and Nick had already headed back to the castle the night before. 

I had filled Ella in earlier in the morning about what had happened. I had told her everythign that King Edward told us, including the stuff about the group that wants all werewolves dead. 

"I know this must be alot for you but I had to let him come. He is the only one that knows about this group that wants us dead. He can help us figure out who is a part of the group. Some are in the palace," I replied

"Still, he shouldn't be coming back wth us. Not after what he did," Ella said

"He said she drugged him," Stacy said 

"Still," Ella said

"I am on Ella's side on this one," My mom said 

"Of course you are," Stacy said while rolling her eyes. 

"Think about it. Not only did he mess with anohter woman and cause Ella pain, he also was apart of a group that wants to kill all of the werewolve," My mom said

"He was drugged and he isn't apart of the group anymore. He changed as soon as he met Ella. I honestly think she should give him a chance. He is her mate afterall," Stacy said

"Why do you have to be so forgiving all of the time? It's okay to be upset with someone, you know," my mom said

"I just to see the good in people and I can tell he has good in him," tacy said and my mom sighed

"What do you think, Tammie? Should Ella give him another chance?" My mom asked 

"I think that is up to Ella. he is her mate and it's not my decision. I agree wth the both of you. King Edward did wrong but it seems like he is trying to prove himself to Ella. I wish he would have been more careful lastnight then my daugher wouldn't have felt that so much pain but I am happy he didn't mean for it to happen," Tammie said and then she looked at Ella. "Don't let anyone make up your mind for you. I think you should think about what you want to do and not make any rush decisions. You are the one that's going to have to live with the choices you make," Tammie said

"I agree with you, Tammie. This is Ella's choice and we can't make up her mind for her," I replied 

"I don't want anything to do with him. Once he is done helping Sofia out I want him gone," Ella said without hesitaion and I just sighed. 

Hopefully, Ella would give him a chance, but I could tell she was still too upset at the moment

It took a few hours and then we were at the castle. Ethan walked over to the limo and helped me out. "I missed you," Ethan said as he kissed my lips

"I missed you too," I replied with a smile. I looked at King Edward to see he was looking at Ella. Ella looked at him for a moment but she quickly turned her head away from him. 

"Come on, King Edward. Let me show you to your room. Once we all have freshened up we will all meet in the conference room on Sof and my floor," Ethan said and they walked away. 

"We should get ready for the meeting," my dad said and we all headed to our rooms to get ready. 

"You don't have to come to the meeting if you don't want to Ella. I will fill you in later," I said. It had been over an hour and we were all about to head to the conference room to speak to King Edward. I could tell that Ella was uncomfortable around King Edward. He made her feel things she didn't want to feel about him because of the mate bond. I knew she needed some time to think and seeing him would make it harder for her because of the mate bond. 

"I am okay. I am going to come with you. I want to hear what he has to say," Ella said

"Are you sure?" I asked

"Yes," Ella replied and I looked at her with a worried look on my face. "I promise I will be okay," Ella said and I sighed

"Okay," I replied

Ethan walked into the living room and Ella and I looked at him. "You ready to go?" Ethan asked

"Yeah, we are," I replied and Ethan looked at Ella. "You are coming too?" Ethan asked and Ella nodded her head. Ethan was about to say something but I mind linked him

"Don't say anything, Ethan. She said she wants to come. Don't make her worry," I said and Ethan nodded his head letting me know he understood.

"I just don't want my sister getting hurt anymore than she already did by him," Ethan mind linked back

"I know but she is a grown woman and needs to make her own decisions," I replied through the mind link

"You know I am standing right here, right? I know you are talking about me. I am fine, okay? Let's go," Ella said

"Sorry, Ella," I said

"It's okay. We need to leave. Everyone is waiting for us," Ella said. We walked out of the room and headed to the conference room, where everyone was waiting for us. 

We walked into the room and sat across from King Edward. I didn't miss the way his eyes went straight to Ella but Ella kept her head down so that she didn't look at him. I could see how sad he looked by her actions but. 

"Alright, let's begin. We need you to tell us who in the castle is a part of the group you told us about," My dad said and we all looked at King Edward.
