Sofia's Point of View

I woke up to the sound of the alarm on my cell phone going off. I looked around and noticed I was lying on the couch in the family room. Ella was asleep on the other couch and Lacy was lying on the floor. I knew Ethan mustn't have come back because he would have put me in our bed if he had.

Lacy stretched her arms and sat up. "Good morning," Lacy said 

"Good morning," I replied. Ella started to get up and we all went to get ready for school. I went to the bathroom in my room to shower. While I was washing with my vanilla scent body wash, the bathroom door opened, and Ethan walked inside. I watched as he removed his clothes and got in the shower with me. 

"You look tired," I said as he took the washcloth from me and started washing my body.

"I am okay, Love. The meeting took longer than I thought it would," Ethan replied. 

Ethan washed me, and then I washed him. Once we were finished, we brushed our teeth, and I combed out my hair, deciding to wear it in a high ponytail. I decided to wear a red sundress.

"Are you sure you want to go to school today? You didn't get any sleep," I asked.

"Yeah, I will be fine. Besides, we both have tests today," Ethan said as he put on his shoes. 

"So, did you figure everything out?" I asked

"Yeah, a few members of the witch's council will be here later on today," Ethan said

"Do you think they will let you on her territory?" I asked

"Yeah, I am sure of it. Once they hear what we have to say, they will," Ethan replied

We left our bedroom, and I was shocked when I didn't see Lacy or Ella. "I asked them to let us ride to school alone. Ella is taking her car, and Lacy is going with your brothers. I thought it would be good for us to grab breakfast before we left," Ethan said

"Oh," I replied

 Ethan and I got into the car, and he drove off. We ended up at a pancake house. Ethan got out of the car and opened my door for me. 

Thanks, I said, and we walked into the restaurant. 

"There is something I need to talk to you about," Ethan said. We were sitting beside each other in a booth, waiting for our food. 

"What is it?" I asked. I had a feeling he had something to talk to me about by how quiet he was being in the car on our way. 

"Last night, Marshell brought up how you are supposed to take over your dad's Pack and become queen. He was wondering how we were going to do that," Ethan said

"I haven't really thought about it, honestly. I am still nervous about all of this," I said truthfully.

"I understand why you are nervous. This is a lot. I am not trying to rush you or anything. I just thought it would be good to talk about it. It would be good to start figuring out how everything will go. We won't do anything until you are ready," Ethan said

"Last night, I asked Jason how he felt about not taking over as Alpha. He told me that he was relieved that he didn't have to become Alpha. I guess he never really wanted to be the Alpha of the Pack and was only doing it because he thought he was supposed to. Yesterday I thought that maybe it would be a good idea to have Don's Pack join the Eclipse Pack. I mean, I can't be at two places at once," I said

"That sounds like a good idea. I was honestly thinking the same thing but I am not sure everyone from the Wolf Fang Pack would be happy about moving," Ethan said

"I haven't thought about that," I said

"I am sure they would get used to it, though. As I said, we will wait until you are ready. You know we would have to be fully mated before we become the Alpha and Luna Queen," Ethan said

"I am ready to become fully mated to you," I said

"What," Ethan said shocked

"We have been doing things, but you always stop me whenever I try to do more," I said

"I want you to be one hundred percent sure, Sof," Ethan said

"I am. I was wondering if maybe you are not sure," I said as I looked at my hands. Ethan placed my hand in his, and I looked into his eyes. 

"I have never been so sure about in my life, Sof. You are the only girl I have ever wanted. The only one I will ever want. You are it for me, Sofia. I love you with all of my heart. I can't wait until I am buried deep inside you, My Love," Ethan said, making me shiver. I loved the way he spoke to me. The way he looked at me told me he was serious

"Then, why are we waiting?" I asked

"I am going to be honest with you. I am trying to wait until your eighteenth birthday," Ethan said

"Why?" I asked. My birthday was in less than three weeks.

"Because I have a big feeling that your wolf is going to surface. I have a feeling you are going to feel the mate bond fully when you turn eighteen. My wolf told me," Ethan said

"I already feel the bond, Ethan," I said

"Not as much as you will when you turn eighteen. That is why I am waiting to fully claim you. I want it to be the most special that it can be," Ethan replied 

"Okay, I understand, but if you are wrong and my wolf doesn't surface, I still want us to complete the mate bond," I said

"Deal, but I am sure your wolf will surface."
