Ava's Point of View

"As you wish," My mom said. I smiled as my mom raised her hand and fire escaped. The men screamed as they burned to death.

"Are you okay, sweetheart?" My mom asked  

"No. Everything was going perfectly, but then those fools had to mess everything up," I replied. I was so upset. I did everything right. I convinced Sofia that I was there to help her. She believed everything I said. She even believed the things I said about our mother. I just knew everything was going to work out for the best.

"I know, Sweetheart. Those men told me that the potion they had me give you would work, and she would believe King Blake was being unfaithful, but for some reason, it didn't. You did give her the entire bottle, right?" my mom asked

"Yes. I made her some tea and put it in. I watched her drink all of it. I just don't get it. I made her believe you abused me and treated me like a slave, and that I was there to help them defeat you, but then this happened. I really thought everything was going to go right, but now everything is messed up," I said

"Don't worry, Sweetheart. Everything will be fine. We just need to come up with another plan," my mom said

"I don't see how that is possible. She will never trust me again," I said. 

I told Sof and everyone else in the kingdom that I was abused and treated like a slave, but that was not the case. My mom treated me like the princess that I am. I got everything I wanted, and everyone knew not to get on my bad side or they would be punished by death. 

My mom is Queen Gina. She is one of the strongest Dark witches there is. We want to take over all the realms, but we need Sofia to do that. My mom does hate werewolves, but she doesn't hate me. She said even though my dad is a werewolf and my mom is half vampire, I am not like them. I don't have a werewolf or vampire, so she is right. I wouldn't want to be them anyway. My parents were selfish.

Tina gave me away without knowing who she was giving me to when I was just born. She also abused Sofia all throughout her childhood. She would rather drink and party then being a mom to her daughters. Hell, she even was going to sell Sofia to the old vampire king. 

Don is no better. He left Tina to raise Sofia alone so that he could be with his mate. He acted like he didn't know about Sof and me but I am sure he did. My mom told me someone told her that he knew about Sof and me and decided to abandon us. Stacie acts like a saint but really she is worse than both of them. She kept Don away from Sof and me so that he could take care of her kids only. 

My so called brothers swear they want to have a relationship with me but I want nothing to do with them. While Sof was being mistreated and I was being given away they were living a great life with their birth parents. Don't get me wrong. My mom was the greatest one in the world but Sofia went through a lot because of their mistakes. 

At first I thought Sof was a bad person as well but I came to find out she was actually a good person with a great heart. She wanted everyone to be okay. 

She was confused though. She thought King Blake only loved her but I knew the truth. I learned he had a girlfriend all throughout high school. It broke Sofia's heart seeing them together. Blake made up a lie when he discovered my sister was his mate. He told her he only acted like that she wolf was his mate because he thought he was protecting her. 

I called bullshit. If he was so in love with her wouldn't he have treated her rigiit and not let others bullly her in the past? He swore he saved himself for Sof but I knew that was a lie as well. He was trying to play my sister like a fool and I couldn't let that happen. I need to get my sister away from him. Away from all of them and I planned to do it. I just needed to figure out how.

"We need to get Sofia out of there. Those people are bad," I said

"Don't worry, Sweetheart. I got a plan. I already called the werewolf council and told them King Blake assaulted you."

"What? Why would you do that? Sof is going to be upset. She will think I am the one that called," I said

"Don't worry, She won't. I have a plan. As long as you do everything I say we can save her from those monsters," My mom said
