"Do you think this is a good idea? We don't know her and Molly said that she was the leader of the group. What if she is trying to play us. You know, set us up so that they can attack us," Ethan said 

"I agree with Ethan. She could be trying to gain your trust so that she can kill all of you. I am not going to let her hurt my beloved," Edward said

"You do know I am right here, don't you?" Ava said causing all of us to look at her. We were sitting in my office about to hear what she had to say when Ethan voiced his concerns about her. I understood why he felt the way he did but I could tell that Ava was being sincere when she said she wanted to help us

Not only that but the way she looked proved that she hadn't been treated the best. She was very skinnly like she barely ate and her clothes were torn and old. She also looked like she hadn't showered in a while. 

"We know you are here. We are just voicing our concerns about you showeing up here out of the blue," Edward said

"I know it does seem crazy that I showed up as soon as you were about to cast the spell to find me. I had help by one of the witches from my moms coven. She helped me get here," Ava said

"You lived in a coven? My dad asked

"Yes, the woman she.." Ava said as she looked at my mom before speaking again. "Gave me too is a witch, An evil witch to be exact. She only wanted me so that she could get to you," Ava said

"So you were mistreated?" My mom asked and Ava laughed

"Yes, I was. It isn't hard to tell. I mean, look at me. Do I look like someone that was cared for while I was with her? The answer is no," Ava said

"I am sorry. I thought I was doing the right thing. I thought she wanted to take care of you because she couldn't have children," My mom said

"She does have children. Five of them. I was their slave," Ava said

"I didn't know. I am sorry," My mom said

"Whatever," Ava said and then she looked at me. "I came here to help you defeat her. Vanna helped me get here so I could help you," Ava said

"Why should we trust you? You show up as soon as they are casting a spell to find you. You are probably doing this to help this Gina lady," Edward said

"I would never help her," Ava said

"Then why did Mandy say you were the leader?" I asked

"Because Queen Gina must have told her I was but it's not true. I would never help that lady. She wants to get to you to take over the realm. You are the most powerful supernatural being on earth and she wants to use you to help her take over the world. That is why she made this group of werewolf haters. She plans on killing everyone you love so you won't have anyone left, including your unborn babies. She believes you will help her then," Ava said

"Why would she think I would help her if she did that. I would never help her," I said

"You would be surprised at what happens when people lose their loved ones. If she takes your mate from you and your unborn babies you won't be the same," Ava said

"How do you know that?" I asked

"You have no idea how many people she has done this too and they all have end up doing what Queen Gina wanted them to do," Ava said and I stayed quiet. 

"Well, I will never let her hurt my mate or my pups," Ethan said

"You can't take her down alone. She has a lot of followers, and many of them are in this castle," Ava said

"What?" My dad said, and Ava looked at him

"You can't trust everyone in this castle. Many of them have been on her side for years. You need to watch who you trust," Ava said. At that moment my stomach started to growl. 

"Okay, I think we should get some food and then we can finish this discussion later," Ethan said

"Okay, that is fine," Ava said

"Where are you staying? You weren't planning on going back there were you" I asked

"Hell no. I will never go back there. I am lucky I escaped when I did with Vanna's help," Ava said

"So where are you staying?" I asked again and Ava stayed silent. "You don't have anywhere to go. Do you?" I asked

"No," She said 

"Then you will stay here," I said

"What?" Ethan and Edward said at the same time

"That is not a good idea. We don't know her," Edward said

"I agree with Edward. We can find her a hotel," Ethan said

"No, what if Queen Gina finds her? We can't let that happen. She will stay here," I said
