Sofia's Point of View

"Our leader is your sister," Mandy said which shocked me

"What are you talking about? I don't have a sister," I Replied

"Even if I didn't overhear her say it it is obvous that you two are sisters" Mandy said

"What are you talking about?" King Edward asked

"Ava. I overheard her telling Monte' that you are her sister but I already knew that before she said it," Mandy said

"How?" Ethan asked

"Because they look just alike. The only difference is that Ava has hazel eyes while you have green," Mandy said as she stared at me

"This can't be true. You have to be lying. TELL ME THE TRUTH NOW!" I said using my command. 

"I am telling the truth, I swear. Our ruler is Ava, your sister," Mandy said. I started feeling dizzy. Everything looked like it was spinning. I put my hand on my head and Ethan walked over to me. 

"It's okay. I got you," Ethan said as he picked me up bridal style, then he looked at King Edward. "I am going to take her to the Pack hospital," Ethan said and King Edward nodded 

"Okay, I will find everything else out," King Edward said. 

"Don't torture her," I said but King Edward didn't respond. Ethan walked me to the pack Hospital

"How are you feeling?" Ethan asked as we walked out of the pack Jail

"I feel dizzy," I said and Ethan sighed

"It's most likely because you used too much energy," Ethan said as we walked into the pack hospital, A nurse was already waiting for us when we arrived. I knew it was because Ethan had to have mind linked them telling them we were on our way. 

"Hello your highnesses. We already have your room ready," the nurse said and we followed her to a room. The doctor walked in a few minutes later. 

"Hello," 

"Hi," I said

"King Ethan told me you are feeling dizzy. I am sure it is because you used your command. It takes a lot of energy out of you. I will check your vitals and do an ultrasound to make sure the pups are okay but I am sure everything is fine," the Doctor said

The Doctor got to work She checked my vitals and then did the ultrasound. The entire time I was nervous. I also couldn't stop thinking about what Mandy said. She said I had a sister. How could I have a sister? It didn't make any sense.

"Everything looks good but since you are getting closer to giving birth you need to make sure you don't use too much energy. We were lucky this time," The Doctor said

"Thanks," Ethan said

"You can go home now and please try to rest," The doctor said

"I will," I replied even though I didn't know how I could rest with everything that was going on. Ethan picked me up bridal style and walked out of the room. I didn't complain because I knew he wasn't going to listen to me even if I told him I could walk. 

"I am sorry," I said and Ethan sighed

"No, I am sorry. I should have lisened to you when you said no torture. I just wanted to find out who did this. I know that is why you took the risk and used your alpha command. I am just happy you and our pups are okay," Ethan said

"So, am I," I replied and then I sighed

"Do you think what Mandy said is true? Do you think I have a sister?" I asked

"There is only one way to find out. We have to talk to your parents. I have already mind linked them and told them to meet us in our room," Ethan said 

When we arrived at our room, my mom, dad, Stacie, Nate, Jason, Ella, and King Edward were waiting for us. 

"King Edward told us what happened. Are you okay?" My mom asked .

"Yeah, just a little tired," I replied

"That is because you used too much energy. You shouldn't have used your Alpha command," My mom said

"I know, mom. That isn't what we called you guys here for. I need to ask you and dad something," I said

"How about we go inside?" Ethan said and I agreed. We walked into the room and sat in the family room. Ethan sat me on his lap. 

"What do you need to ask us?" my dad asked

"Do I have a sister?" I asked 

"What do you mean? No. You only have brothers," My dad said but I looked over at my mom and saw she looked pale

"Mom." I said

"There is something I have to tell all of you," My mom said and everyone stayed silent and waited for her to finish talking. "I wasn't only pregnant with one child," My mom said and Stacie gasped

"What are you saying, Tina?" My dad asked

"Sofia has a twin sister."
