Ethan's Point of View

"I don't know. Do you really think it's a good idea to have a meeting with the Vampires? I think we should wait until everything calms down," My dad said

"No, it is important for us to have this meeting. This way we can have an alliance between us vampires and you werewolves," King Edward said

"I agree with Edward, Dad. It would be good for us to have an alliance," I said

"I think it is a good idea as well. It would be good for all of us to get along. Plus, your daughter is mated to the vampire King," Don said

"Are you planning on letting everyone know that you are mated to my daughter? I doubt she would be okay with that," my dad said

"No, I wouldn't do that until Ella tells me that is okay. I just want to make sure we have rules in place so that everyone knows there will be consequences if either a werewolf or vampire attacks the other," Edward said. We were in my office talking, and Edward had the idea to have a meeting about an alliance, letting everyone know there will be consequences if one breaks the rules. . Sof was still at lunch with her mom.

"I think it's a good idea," I said as I looked at my dad. I knew he was worried about Ella. HE thought Edward was planning on telling everyone they were fated..

"I guess you are right," My dad replied

"Okay, now I have to go. I promised to take Stacie to get some food,"" Don said

"Yeah, I have some stuff to do as well," my dad said

"I should get going, too. We can talk about the arrangements for the meeting later," Edward said

"Alright," I replied, and they all left. I decided to do some paperwork since Sof was going to be gone for a while. Once I was finished, I went to mine and Sof's room.  I was about to go upstairs to our bedroom, but then the doorbell rang, so I went to the door. I  dress. It was wearing a very short red dress.

"Hello, Ava. Sofia is not here right now," I said

"Oh, I know. I came to talk to you about something important," Ava replied

"Um, okay. You can come in," I said, and I moved out of the way so she could come into the room. I closed the door and we headed to the family room.

"What is it you would like to talk to me about?" I said as I sat on the couch. I was shocked and a little uncomfortable when she sat next to me on the same couch. I decided not to say anything and waited for her to tell me what she wanted,'

"I came because I am worried about Sof."

"What about her?" I asked worriedly

"You know the war is coming soon and I am worried about her progress," Ava replied

"She seems to be doing well. She is getting stronger every day we practice," I said

"I know but I am still worried. Sof was raised with humans. I am afraid she might not be strong enough to defeat my mom. I mean she is very powerful," Ava said

'Your mom," I asked, shocked. It was weird that she was calling the who abused her her entire life her mom. "Didn't she treat you terribly?" I asked

"Oh, yes. It's just normal for me to call her my mom. I mean, I lived with her my entire life," Ava said. I thought about it and it seemed a good reason for her to say that. She did live with her since she was a newborn.

"I guess. I get that you are worried but I am sure Sof will be fine. She isn't in this alone. She has me and the werewolf community along with the vampires." I said

"Yeah, you are right," Ava said

"I know I am right. Now if that is all I have some things I need to get done," I replied as I stood and headed to the front door to open it for her to leave.

"Of course. I have plans anyway, as I am sure you can tell by the way I am dressed," Ava said. I stayed quiet by the door. "I was wondering if you like my dress. I mean, it's obvious you are attracted to me sexually since Sofia and I look the same. We are twins after all," Ava asked, shocking me

"I am not attracted to you sexually, Ava. You do know Sof is my mate and she is the only woman I have eyes for," I replied. Ava walked over to me slowly.

"Oh, come on, Ethan. We are all adults here. It's okay to be real. I know you are attracted to me. I am attracted to you, too." Ava put her hand on my chest, and I instantly pushed her away from me. That caused her to frown

"Don't touch me, Ava. I am your sister, mate. You need to leave," I said

"I am sorry, Ethan. I didn't mean anything by it."

"I SAID LEAVE, NOW," I growled using my command, and Ava left quickly.

I couldn't believe what just happened. Ava just hit on me. I knew instantly that I needed to tell Sof. She would be upset but she needed to know what her twin just tried to do. Now I was wondering if Ava was up to something. Ella must be right about her.
