Sofia's Point of View

"So you are telling us the vampires will be staying here? I don't know if that's a good idea. What if they try to harm us?"

We were having a meeting with the pack at the fighting field. Everyone knew that King Edward was bringing the vampires to the pack. A lot of the members were worried which was understandable. 

The vampires would be staying in the werewolf kingdom until we took care of Ava and Queen Gina. I was worried as well about them being here but not too much. I was sure Edward wouldn't bring anyone to the castle that would harm Ella or anyone else. Edward and Ella still weren't talking because she was upset about what happened but I could tell he cared about her and felt bad. I asked him how he could do something so stupid and he told me he didn't mean to make Ella upset and would make it right. I told him he better or there would be consequences. 

Edward didn't argue just told me that he would make it right and I hoped he did.

"There is nothing to worry about. The vampires are coming to help us. This is a war that could hurt all of us so we need to work together as a team," I said

"Let's get back to training," Ethan said. The pups were with my mom and Stacie. It was still shocking to me that they agreed to watch them together. My mom had really changed and I was so happy. About an hour later King Edward showed up with the vampires. 

"What the fuck is she doing here?" Ella asked. I looked up to see Dr. Malissa was standing by Edward. I looked at Ella to see her eyes were changing from Black to blue. Her werewolf was ready to come out and kill Dr. Melissa. 

"Calm down, Ella," I said and she sighed. Ethan spoke to the pack again letting them know the vampires had arrived. He told everyone that he expected that they all got along. Edward said the same and then we ended training so that the vampires could see their rooms. They woudln't be staying in the castle but in some of the single homes. 

"I am so pissed. I could kill them both. Why would he bring her here?" Ella asked

"I think you should talk to him," I said

"I can't right now," Ella said and I could see the hurt on her face. I hated that he was causing her pain.

"Let's go check on the pups," I said

"You go. I am going to stay out here for a while. the fresh air feels great," Ella said

"You sure?" I asked

"Yeah," Ella replied. I said goodbye and went to my room. I just hoped Ella would be okay.

Ella's Point of View

I stayed outside. It felt so good and I meant it when I said I needed the fresh air. I thought about going for a run but changed my mind. If I shifted right then I might go find Dr. Melissa and break her neck. I still couldn't believe Edward said I was jealous. How would he feel if the tables were turned?

"Ella." I looked up and frowned when I saw Edward and Dr. Melissa walk over to me.

"I don't want to talk to you," I said and I was about to leave but he got in front to me blocking my way. "Let me pass," I said

"We need to talk Ella," Edward said

"I wanted to apologize to you for what happened the night you were at the vampire castle. I didn't know you were King Edward's beloved. If I did, I never would have done that. I feel so embarrassed. King Edward has already talked to me about everything, and I promise nothing like that will ever happen again. I hope you can forgive me and that we can be good friends," Dr. Malissa said with a fake smile on her face. I knew she wasn't sorry and was just saying all of that. I could sense that she wanted him, and I was sure she was up to something. I wasn't going to play her games, though.  

"Whatever. I got to go," I sai,d and I walked away

"Ella," I heard Edward say, but I kept walking. Edward caught up to me and grabbed my hand softly. "Ella, please, can we talk. I feel terrible about how we ended things the other night. Please," Edward said, his eyes staring into mine.  I could tell he really meant it and sighed

"Fine, we can talk, but I don't want to talk to her," I said

"I wanted to talk to you alone anyway," Edward said, and we headed to my room to talk.
