The young man insisted it wasn’t a good idea, but he still pulled out his phone and called his dad. "Dad, can you come to work with me tomorrow? I just started and I’m not good at this yet."

The chat exploded with laughter.

"So this is father paying for the son’s debts?"

"He says it’s a bad idea, but his body language says otherwise. Peak filial piety right here."

Zoo keeper: "Damn, I’ve become my dad’s stand-in punching bag!"

Thanks to Nancy’s explanation, the misunderstanding cleared up. The monkeys realized they had the wrong person and stopped bothering the new keeper.

Just then, Nancy noticed a user named "Sunny" spamming the chat.

"Ms. Nancy, I need to connect, it’s urgent!"

"My hamster just messed up again! I caught it in the act!"

Sunny sent Nancy a 100-dollars gift—clearly desperate.

Nancy remembered Sunny was one of the users who had messaged her earlier for help. She immediately accepted the call.

On screen, Sunny looked exasperated. "Ms. Nancy, didn’t I message you before about how my hamster keeps peeing beside my bed? Well, it just did it again!"

She pointed the camera at a damp patch on the wooden floor by the bed, grimacing. "It stinks."

Nancy frowned. "That’s way too much for a hamster. They usually only pee a few drops at a time."

"Did you take it to the vet?"

Sunny nodded miserably. "Yeah, the doctor said it’s perfectly healthy. No urinary issues."

"Then show me your hamster. I’ll ask it myself." Nancy was growing more suspicious.

Sunny turned the camera to the cage. Inside, a hamster the size of an egg was trembling inside its little house. "Oh gosh! Oh gosh no! It's too scary!"

Nancy softened her voice. "Little one, what’s scaring you?"

Her tone was gentle and soothing. "I can understand you. Tell me, and I’ll help."

The hamster stopped shaking so hard and cautiously poked its head out.

To Sunny and the viewers, it was just a stream of high-pitched squeaks.

"What’s the little furball saying?"

"Sounds like it’s scared."

"Scared? You think there’s something in the room threatening it?"

Nancy listened intently, her expression hardening. "It’s not misbehaving. It’s terrified."

Her eyes flashed coldly. "There’s something under your bed."

Sunny’s face shifted from frustration to horror.

"No way… maybe one of those giant roaches? Or crickets or spiders? Hamsters hate fast-moving bugs."

"If it’s worse than that, what if it’s a snake? Damn, I’ve got chills."

"Don’t tell me there’s a python under there. Sleeping with a snake at night? Hell no."

Sunny shook her head. "Impossible. I just mopped under the bed this morning. There was nothing."

Nancy remained firm. "Something’s there. You didn’t see it. But when your hamster crawled under the bed for scraps, it did."

Sunny’s expression darkened. "Wait… are you saying something I can’t see is hiding under my bed? Like a ghost? Don’t mess with me."

"I’ve given you so many gifts. I came here for help with my hamster, not for you to scare me with ghost stories."

Nancy sighed. "Don’t get mad. I’m not done yet."

Patiently, she said, "Flip the entire bed over. Then you’ll see."

Sunny hesitated, then called her neighbors over for help.

By now, over two thousand viewers were watching, eager to see what lay hidden.

With three people working together, they flipped the wooden bed frame.

What they saw left them speechless.

Tied to the underside of the bed was a human-shaped bundle wrapped in black plastic and bound with coarse rope.

At first glance, it looked exactly like a person strapped beneath the bed.

The chat erupted.

"Holy shit."

"Mom, tell me that’s not a body! Wouldn’t it reek if it was a corpse?"

"Who the hell ties something this creepy under a bed?"

"Just looking at that, I’m gonna have nightmares."

"Last time was like a rich-family drama. Did the streamer switch to a horror script now?"

Sunny backed against the wall, stammering. "T-this has to be a joke."

She tried to convince herself. "It’s just a mannequin… right? Why would anyone tie it under the bed? This is insane."

The neighbor uncle braced himself, reached out, and poked the figure through the plastic.

Then he quickly snatched his hand back, swallowing hard. "Oh dear Lord… it’s soft. And it’s got bones."
