Off to the side, Lars adjusted his Bluetooth earpiece, squinting as he watched Ginnie and Xander. He was currently on a voice call with Nancy.

Being deep in the influencer scene, Lars knew all the guests personally. He couldn't resist whispering his distain to Nancy. "Xander is actually so short. Ginnie only 'tripped' because she saw him coming and wanted to set up the shot."

"Xander might act like a rich gentleman, but it's all a front. He’s a total fraud."

Nancy was watching the livestream as well, noting how scripted the interaction felt. "A fraud? How so?"

"That hair of his? That perfect side-part?" Lars was in his element now, spilling the tea. "That’s a six-figure custom wig made from real human hair. And his height? Pure fiction. He’s definitely wearing massive lifts in his shoes."

Lars leaned in, his voice brimming with gossip. "He knows how to invest, sure, but his startup capital? He swindled it all out of his first girlfriend. That poor girl worked day and night, skipped meals, and ruined her health just to fund his 'dreams'..."

Lars’s tone turned worried. "But the fact remains—this indoor petting zoo has a huge ROI. I know several guests here are seriously considering investing. If Xander drops a million on her, Ginnie wins."

"Ms. Nancy, you have to do something! Don't let her get that money!"

Nancy already had a plan in motion. "Copy that. Just watch."

"Get closer to Ginnie and Xander," she instructed. "Find a good angle and get ready to witness the fallout."

Lars was confused, but he did as he was told, moving closer with growing curiosity.

Outside, two small sparrows landed on the windowsill of the Cuties Petting Zoo. They let out a few sharp chirps before fluttering away.

Inside the pavilion, a cockatiel tilted its head, focusing on Ginnie and Xander.

The "happy couple" had finished feeding the rabbits and were now posing for photos. Between the handsome man and the beautiful woman, they were the perfect image of a high-society romance. The live chat was drowning in heart emojis.

"Forget dramas, this livestream is where the real romance is!"

Just as the fans reached a fever pitch of excitement, the cockatiel suddenly took flight, soaring directly into the frame while chirping melodiously.

"Oh my god, even the birds are shipping them!"

The viewers were enchanted for exactly one second. Then, reality shattered.

The cockatiel dove straight for the top of Xander's head. Its talons clamped down firmly on his expensive hairpiece, and with a powerful flap of its wings, the bird took off—carrying the wig with it.

The entire livestream audience was suddenly treated to a very clear, very unobstructed view of Xander’s smooth, bald head.

Without the wig, the dashing "young master" was transformed instantly into a middle-aged man who looked more like a tired math teacher. The live chat went dead silent.

Xander froze, a sudden chill hitting his scalp. He panicked, chasing after the bird. "My hair! Give me back my hair!"

But as he lunged forward, the group of rabbits he had just been feeding suddenly swarmed him. They didn't bite, but they latched onto his heels with surprising force. Xander was wearing hidden lifts, which made his shoes notoriously unstable. As the rabbits tugged, his feet slipped right out of his loafers.

He went down hard, face-planting onto the floor. As he fell, two thick, foam height-increasing insoles flew out of his shoes and skidded across the ground.

The audience was in shock.

"I’m done. My feelings have officially left the building."

"Are you kidding me? I was just enjoying the romance and then... this?"

"Those insoles flying out... I can't breathe. I'm laughing too hard."

Xander’s image as a refined socialite crumbled in an instant. Ginnie, who had been relying on him to boost her popularity, was horrified.

"Mr. Xander!"

She rushed to help him up, signaling the cameraman to turn the lens away immediately. Whether Xander was handsome or not didn't matter to her, but she desperately needed his investment. If he was humiliated in her zoo, that money was gone.

Xander, sprawled on the floor with a cold scalp and bare feet, suddenly realized he was being broadcast to millions. He snapped.

"Stay away from me!"

He shoved Ginnie aside, scrambled to his feet, and shoved his feet back into his shoes. He fled the Cuties Petting Zoo in a blind panic, disappearing before Ginnie could say another word.
