Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human Chapter 116

DERRIC: I sounded the alarm for all non-combatants to get to a shelter. Then I joined the watch and went hunting. I was a little late to the dance, so to speak, though. I only caught the tail end when the boys let the rest of the group know to keep their eyes down. I was surprised to see Chiara and Iesha there, and both were wearing the boys’ T-shirts. There’s a story here for sure, but it will have to wait until morning. I deduced that it had to be Iesha’s first shift; she had to be terrified, having to fight rogues on her first shift. And what I could make out did quite well. I will get the full report from all parties in the morning. But there is a story here, because Iesha is an omega, and not trained in fighting, neither is Chiara, for that matter, so the fact that they both were here and fighting, like I said, there’s a story here that I need to get to the bottom of. I supervised the cleanup of the rogues. Letting the boys take care of their mates. I was glad to see that Chad found his mate and that she was a pack member. Once I was sure that we were in the clear, I gave the ‘all clear’ to the Pack so they could go back to their homes and get rest.

LOUISE: I couldn’t believe my luck. A rogue attack. I didn’t have to wait for graduation to get Rolan out. I know the boys haven’t contacted my mother, yet either. I snuck down to the cells while everybody was out hunting the rogues. I got him out, and I got him to the bunker behind the house. “Go down and stay put. There is food and water down there. I will send Simon to you, go through him, if you need something, but don’t go overboard and draw attention to yourself. When the time is right, I will get you out of the territory.” I tell him. He nods and goes down into the bunker. I am still going to stick to my plan, though, it will just move up the timeline for me to get that good-for-nothing bitch out of my hair, and away from my boys. The shipment of perfume is due to arrive a week after graduation. And I will be sending out the invitations for the mate ball once I get it. With instructions for those who get it, they should bring it with them to the ball. I will make sure that she rejects them. After feeling the pains of betrayal, she will have no choice but to reject them. I head into the Packhouse and over to the safety room to check and make sure that everybody is out and ok. Then I head off to bed.

ROLAN: Goddess, it feels good to be out of the cells. But I need a shower and clean clothes. I can get the clothes from Simon. I check the bunker, and I find the toilet and the sink, well, at least I can wash with that. I just wonder what my sister has up her sleeve. But I will stay put until she says it’s time to go. But I will make sure that those two brats of hers pay for putting me in the cells in the first place. Regardless of what she wants or thinks, they will pay. I swear.

HAYLEY: I woke to the commotion of everybody moving, running. I asked someone. “What’s going on?” “Alpha said we need to get to the safe room, rogue attack.” I followed everybody to where the safe room was. I looked around for Louise, but I didn’t find her with us. I asked around, but nobody had seen her since the call was issued. I hate not being in the link. I couldn’t link anyone from this pack. It’s not mine. The only one I could link was in the cells, and I didn’t want anything to do with him. I know that when I get home, I will have hell to pay from him. But right now, the one person who should have made sure I was ok was nowhere to be seen. Gotta love being an afterthought by everyone. So, in the absence of their Luna, their Beta took charge. I stepped up and asked if there was anything I could do to help. “Just try to keep the people as calm as possible until the all clear is called.” She tells me. “Will you let me know when that happens please.” I said. Then she stopped and looked at me, really looked at me. “Oh, goddess, yes, I am so sorry, we didn’t even think. Normally, Louise would have gotten you. I am so sorry.” She says. “It’s fine. But please let me know when the all clear comes.” I say. And she nods. It didn’t take long for the all clear to be called. Something like maybe 30 minutes passed, and we were able to be let out. I got out, helped the others out. And made sure that they were ok. And be able to go back to their rooms. Then I went to mine. I am going to have to talk to Alpha Derric because I don’t like the idea that my life could be put on the line, with no backup here. As I was making my way up to my room, I saw the twins. Jayden was carrying Chiara, and she looked wiped out, but she wasn’t struggling, which I guess is a good sign, at least for them. I got to my room, went in, and went to bed.

IESHA: I woke up to my alarm going off, and an arm wrapped around me, and a leg intertwined with mine. Wait, what the heck? Then things started to come back to me. CHAD. Chad is my mate! Oh goddess! (“Hello, Iesha.”) I hear in my head. Oh goddess, with everything that happened last night, my wolf and I didn’t even get to introduce ourselves properly. (“Good morning, Deena.”) (“I know you're probably wondering what happened last night?”) She asked. (“Yeah, kind of, I mean, I don’t know how to fight, but yet you were dealing with those rogues almost like they were nothing.”) I say to her. (“I am a Gamma wolf, and yes, I know how to fight, and we are going to change the fact that you don’t. And like Thena, I am goddess-kissed; I carry her favor.  After graduation, Thena and I are going to put you and Chi into training.”) She tells me. Oh wow, I have a Gamma wolf, how in the heck is that possible? I’m an omega. (“The Moon goddess knew that Thena would need help here, and she sent me to you, to help Chiara understand that she is the Luna of this Pack and under her guidance, this Pack will rise and be the shining example to all packs, of no bullying or disrespect to any pack members. Regardless of rank or status.”) She says. (“Now you better get up and get ready for school.”) She says.
