Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human Chapter 134
JAYDEN: not everybody knows Chiara is your mate.” Iesha says. “I know, but that part doesn’t matter; what does matter is that everybody knew how much mother hated the human orphans, so he did what he did to curry favor with her. So, either way, it was wrong. And he dies.” I said. “You could test Rolan, without him knowing that you're testing him.” Valen says. “How?” Vince asked. “You said you needed a legit reason to get him in the cells. Out of the people you know, it’s not, ask for volunteers for a special mission. Letting them know that they will have to spend a few days in the cells, but the guards that escort them down will all fit Rolan’s description. Then, when the volunteers are locked in their cells, you can ask Rolan if any of the escorting guards was the one who took Chi.” Valen said. “And as for the charge, it’s a simple disorderly charge; it carries 3 nights in the cells. Done.” Brandi added. I looked at Caiden. “I like it.” I said. “I do too.” He answered. I looked at the list that Rolan gave us, and cross-referenced it with the list Zane and his group gave us. I picked one name from each list. Then I picked someone I knew I could trust to listen to the conversations and let us know what was said. And linked them to come to our office. I just hope they all say yes.
DERRIC: I left the clinic when the boys did. But I went back to my office, and I believe they went to pay their uncle a visit. I was going to let them handle that situation; I was staying out of it. I had enough on my plate with all the paperwork I let slide. I was in the middle of checking the credit card statements, and I came across the purchases that Louise had just made. I was furious. *“Karen, when you were cleaning out the Luna’s suite, did you happen to find some designer dresses?” “Yes, Alpha, the tags are still on them.” “Please bring them to my office.” “Yes, Alpha.”* I closed the link and waited. “Enter,” I called out when the knock came. Karen stepped into my office carrying three bags with her. “These were in the Luna’s suite, Alpha,” Karen said, putting the bags down in front of my desk. “Thank you, Karen.” I said. She left, and I went to look in the bags. The items that were there weren’t enough to amount to what she spent, but it was substantial. I link Meisha. *“Come to my office please.” “Yes, Alpha.”* I closed the link and waited for her. “Enter.” I called out when the knock came. “You wanted to see me? Alpha.” “Yes, Meisha, have you found anything in the Luna’s office yet?” I asked her. “Nothing substantial, as of yet, Alpha. But we just got started.” She tells me. “I understand. I would like you and Shannon to return all of this to the stores they came from. Please.” I said. As I waved my hand at the bags on the floor in front of my desk. Meisha walked over to the bags, looked inside, and gasped. “Apparently, she threw a tantrum and went on a shopping spree. I can’t take back everything she bought, but these can be returned.” I said again, indicating the bags. “Yes, Alpha, we will get them returned for you.” She answers. “Thank you.” I say as she picks up the bags and walks out with them in hand.
SHANNON: I stay in the Luna’s office, going through things. Both Meisha and I like to do things in a similar way. We started at one end of the office, and worked our way through it to her desk and then behind it. We made sure to check every book on the shelves, which alone took us from when we started until the Alpha linked her. I was just putting another book back when she came back in. “The alpha wants us to return these.” She said as she dropped the bags. “What is in them?” I asked. “Hout Couture dresses, with matching shoes and handbags.” She says. “What? That isn’t/wasn’t like Louise.” I said. “Apparently, she got pissed at him for something and did this.” She said, waving her hand at the bags on the floor. “Yeah, probably when he alpha commanded her in place so she couldn’t hurt Chiara. He did it in front of the whole packhouse. Remember?” “That was a crazy day.” I said, remembering it all too well. And how pissed the Luna got at the Alpha that day. “Yes, well, now it’s up to us to return all of this.” She said. I had my hand on a book that I was going to pull out when she walked in, and I continued with my motion of pulling the book out. When something fell from the book. I bent down to pick it up. I opened it and started reading what was on it. I gasped, and it fell from my hands and hit the floor again. “What? What is it?” Meisha asked me. “Something that the Alpha needs to see immediately.” I said as I bent down to pick it back up. I handed it to her. And let her read it. “Oh! Shit!” she says. “Uh-huh!” I say in response. We both grab the bags and head to the Alpha’s office with the paper and bags in hand. I knock on his door. “Enter.” He calls out. We walk in. I hold out the paper I found in the book, out to him. “We thought that you needed to see this. I just found it. And we came here with it. We haven’t finished with the office yet, but with finding this, and you wanting these returned, we thought we would take a break and get that done. But you needed to see this.” I said. As he took the Paper out of my hand.
DERRIC: I took the paper that Shannon was holding out to me. “What am I looking at here?” I asked her. “Just read it. Alpha.” She answers. I skimmed over the document. It was a list of Packs that she planned on inviting to the mate ball, but there were names by certain Packs, and asterisks by some of the names. Under the list of names was a date, and then what she had as the rules for the mate ball. Then she had written. ‘Stared names, perfume. Ball to be held after shipment received.’ The date written on the paper was in July, so we had some time. Considering we were still in June. “Ok, anything else?” I asked them. “Not as of yet, but again, we more or less just got started.” Meisha said. “We were going to take these back and try to get back before dinner.” Shannon said. “Then we’ll do some more after dinner, but we felt you needed to see that.” Shannon added, nodding toward the paper in my hand. “Thank you. Go ahead and go about your business, and I will see you at dinner.” I said. Nodding at them.
