JAYDEN: Until we could get our connection back to our wolves. I didn’t care whether we were late for dinner or not. I was pissed, and I needed to burn through it, or I would take someone’s head off if they approached me or said the wrong thing. And that wouldn’t be good for the Pack to witness. I HATE being disconnected from my wolf, and I know my brother feels the same way I do. I just hope that we can catch Rolan in the act of something unsavory or unlawful. That way, maybe Caiden and I can take out our anger and frustration on him, and maybe our Mother as well. I think we need to figure out what or why Mother can’t stand the orphans and the humans. That way, we at least will have an understanding of where she is coming from, even though it’s wrong. I will bring it up to him at the meeting later tonight.

CARRI: I was so happy when Jayden called for a run. Because right now I just want to take someone’s head off. So, I needed to work off the excess anger and adrenaline. Goddess, if this is what they had to go through when we were in school, no wonder they were not happy at times when we got out. But I am also curious about this meeting Caiden called for, but it will have to wait, because right now, I really don’t think that any of us are in the mood to talk. We girls don’t have our wolves yet, but the wolfsbane still affects us like it does the guys, not maybe quite as harshly, because we don’t have the link to our wolves yet. I can only imagine what they must be going through. Not being able to hear or speak to their wolves, yet they are still keeping it together. I don’t know if I could.

ROLAN: I waited a short time after dinner was over before I headed out to the clearing. I wanted to make sure that everything was ready and that the fire was going. I found a small fridge that I also hooked into the solar system, for those who wanted a beverage. I sometimes found that if you mixed the two, depending on the mentality of the wolf, things could get very interesting indeed. And I loved a good show. I had the music going and was there when the first of the partygoers arrived. A few warriors, with their women, I didn’t allow mates unless they stayed with their mates. I didn’t want any mate shit coming back to mess things up. Gina and her posse showed up. So did Mitch and his group. I could see that Mitch wasn’t happy with Sherre, so I opted to help the guy out. “Hey Sheree, why not come have a taste of me.” I called out to her. I saw the grin on her face; she thought that she had won the jackpot of the century. She came right over to me. “On your knees.” I tell her. And she is eager to do so. I turn back to Sheree to find that she has stripped and is waiting for me to take her. I couldn’t help but smile. All of them are so damn eager to have a go. I didn’t care whether the girls were underage or not; we all needed it. Something I suggest that we all take. But back to the topic. But he couldn’t say what.” Vince said. We nodded. “Hey guys, I think Collin is using whatever Rolan is selling. I smelled that sweet/spicy smell on him during training.” Brandi said. “Well, we know that he is using anise in his mix, then.” Valen said. “It’s a good thing that you don’t have your wolf yet, that shit messes with your head big time.” I said. “Yeah, well, it still messed with my head. It’s just lucky for me my dad is who my dad is, or I would have lost it.” Brandi said.
