Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human Chapter 55

CHIARA: “To change the subject on you, I asked about what you needed to do for school now that you were awake and out of your coma. The powers that be said that you could test out. They said that if you could answer the questions at the end of the chapters without going back and using the book, you should be alright.” Iesha told me. ‘Ok, cool. Come see how much I have done on the necklaces.’ She came over to the table, and I took them out of the drawer. Then the door opened, and Hayley walked in.

HAYLEY: I kept to my schedule for volunteering at the clinic. It helped me to stay out of Rolan’s line of sight, so he doesn’t target me for his schemes. And it kept me busy. I was still able to help out some with Chiara, getting her up to use the bathroom and back to her room. But I was assigned other duties and other patients. So, when the ranked girls came into the clinic, I was curious and nervous as to what they were doing there. I followed them to the doctor’s office. The gamma twins were carrying their backpacks, so I was even more curious. I waited outside the doctor's office to see if I could eavesdrop on the conversation. But unfortunately, the office was soundproof, so I couldn’t hear anything. So, I went to check in on Chiara. When I got to her room, Iesha was there. “Hi.” I said. As I entered the room. They both looked up at me. I could see that Chiara had the necklaces out and was working on them. “Hi,” Iesha said, and Chiara waved, her throat still hadn’t recovered fully from having the tube down it. “The ranked girls are here.” I told them both. And I see them look at each other. “Do you know why?” Iesha asked. “No, I just saw them come in and go straight to the doctor’s office. But the twins had their backpacks with them.” I told them. “That’s strange.” Iesha said. I nodded. “I just wanted to let you know they were here. I don’t think they will come in, but just in case, I just wanted to inform you. But I have to get on to my other duties.” I said. “Thanks.” Said Iesha. I nodded and headed out to continue with my work.

IESHA: I still don’t know whether I trust Hayley or not, but I looked at Chiara. “What do you make of that?” I asked her. ‘Don’t know, but maybe link Brandi, she might be able to shed some light on what is happening.’ She wrote. So, I took the chance and linked Brandi. “Hey, um, is everything ok?” “Yes, why do you ask?” “Hayley said that all of you were here seeing the doctor, so we, Chiara and I, were just wondering if everything was ok.” “Yeah, we are just getting the twins’ backpacks tested.” “Tested for what?” “Don’t know exactly, both of them were saying that the kids at school were coming up to them all day and sniffing them.” “Um, that happened to me too, except that they would bump into me, I felt like a fricking pinball.” “Are you here, in the clinic, I mean?” “Yes, I’m with Chi.” “I will be there to get your backpack. You did bring it?” “Yes.” “Good. I will come get it and have it tested with the twins.” She closed the link on me. ‘Well?’ “Brandi said that the twins had the same kind of day I did, and they are here getting their backpacks tested.” ‘That’s weird. Tested for what?’ “I agree, I don’t know, she doesn’t know, she said she was coming to get mine and have it tested with theirs.” I said to her. And she nodded.

BRANDI: “I just got a link from Iesha; it seems she had the same problem as the two of you. Only they were a bit harsher with her, she said; they kept bumping her. I am going to go get her backpack and have it tested with both of yours.” I told them. “Is she here?” Car asked. “Yeah, she’s in with Chiara.” I answered. “Ok, I will let the doctor know you will be back with another backpack to test.” Valen said. I nodded and headed to the door. On my way to Chiara’s room, I linked the guys.  “Jay, Caid, I have some more news for you.” “Go ahead, Brandi.” I got back from both of them. “First, last night after I left the meeting, Collin approached me. He was high and asked me to ‘come party with him.’ I told him I couldn’t; he was a little persistent, but not in a disrespectful way. Two. He was headed to the party clearing, so we will have to go check it out to make sure it’s been cleaned up.” I tell them. “Got it, but where are you now?” “At the clinic, we are going to have the twins and Iesha’s backpacks tested. The twins and Iesha all had a very interesting day; all three of them said that the kids kept coming up and sniffing them. But with Iesha, she said that they would bump into her.” I told them. “Is she ok?” “I will let you know; I am on my way to Chiara’s room to get her backpack so it can get tested with the twins’.” “It’s ok, we will check on her ourselves.” “You know that could freak her out.” “Maybe, but she needs to start to understand we are not the enemy, like she used to think.” “Ok.” And I closed the link. I knocked on the door to Chiara’s room and poked my head inside the door.

IESHA: We heard the knock on the door. And then Brandi stuck her head in. “Hey, I’m here to get your backpack.” She said. I picked it up and handed it to her. “Do you know how long it will take?” I asked her. She shook her head ‘no’. “Why?” “Because I need it for school, all my books are in it.” I said. “I will let the doctor know. But the test will take as long as it will take.” She said. I nodded, with a sigh. “And don’t freak, but you might get a link from the Alphas,” she said, and then left with my backpack. “What the… that isn’t even right, to just come in here and drop a bomb like that.” I said. ‘I know.’ Chi wrote. ‘Esha, can you go to the craft store for me?’ “Sure, what do you need me to get?” ‘First, my money, and then take one of the necklaces with you, and get me some matching enamel paint. I want to paint the back side of the wood to match the front.’ Chi wrote. “Ok, but why not just do the whole thing in the beads?” I asked her. ‘It would make it too heavy, and I don’t have enough beads to do that with.’ “Ok, I will be back shortly.” And Chi nodded. I headed out and over to the orphanage. I talked to Miss Blair
