Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human Chapter 63
CHIARA: Hopefully.’ “Sure, but there is no guarantee for that either.” ‘Tell him if he keeps messing with you, you’ll tell the coach that he gets high, and he’ll get kicked off the team.’ “I don’t want to get beaten up by him. And if I threaten him like that, he won’t hesitate.” ‘I’m sorry, Esha.’ “Hey, it’s not your fault.” ‘But still, I’m sorry.’ The door opened, and Hayley came in. “Time for your walk.” She said. “Oh, goddess Iesha, what happened to you? We need to get you some ice.” Hayley said upon seeing Iesha’s face. “I’m fine. Let’s just get Chi out and walking.” She said. I hugged her again. “I know.” She nodded at me.
CAIDEN: I linked the whole squad after we left Chiara’s room. “Meeting.” I pushed through the link. And we headed over to our building. I wanted the whole story of what the hell happened today. And if we needed to go have a chat with Mitch or not. I am not in the mood to have to deal with any bullshit because he gets high. And if I have to, I won’t hesitate to go straight to the coach and tell him that his star QB gets high. I might do that anyway, just to secure a promise from him to leave Iesha alone.
JAYDEN: “What’s on your mind, brother?” “I want the full story, every detail of what the hell happened today. Because if what Chi was thinking is the case, and Mitch is using Sheree to cause trouble, I will not hesitate to inform the coach that he gets high.” “That will get him kicked off the team. And he could retaliate against either one of the girls or both of them.” I tell him. “Yes, and I will make it very clear to him that I was the one and not them, so if he has a problem with it, he can take it up with me. And he will deserve it. Especially if he is using Sheree like that. And then trying to hit on Iesha. If he likes Esha, then get rid of Sheree, don’t try to play one against the other.” “Agreed.” Everybody was waiting for us when we got to our office. Caiden unlocked the door, and we all filed in.
VALEN: “If this is about what happened out in front of the school earlier, I was just sticking up for Iesha.” “It isn’t all of it, but it’s part of it. I want all the details, even if you don’t think it’s important or not.” Caiden said. “It started at lunch. Brandi and I were the first ones in the cafeteria. We were waiting for Cass and Carr. I spotted them, Trent and Zane were carrying their backpacks until they walked through the door, then it was as if they didn’t want to be seen with them.” I said. “I had noticed that Mitch had hugged Iesha, and she looked a little dazed, confused, so I went and talked to her.” Brandi spoke up to tell them her conversation with Iesha. “She told me what happened between her and Mitch. Esha said he fed her a line about being a gentleman, took her backpack, and walked her to the lunchroom, and asked her out to a party this weekend, and she told him no.” “Did he take ‘no’ for an answer?” Caiden asked. “I guess, he didn’t seem pissed or aggressive, just hugged her and left her standing there looking like a deer caught in headlights.”
JAYDEN: “Cass, Carr, what is the story with Trent and Zane?” “Pretty much the same, Trent hit on me again. He had grabbed my backpack and carried it on our way to the lunchroom. He wanted me to go to a party with him this weekend. I told him I didn’t need problems with his girlfriend and to give me back my backpack.” Cassie answered. “Yeah, Zane hit on me again, too. He grabbed my backpack and carried it to the lunchroom, too. He tried to convince me that he could satisfy and fulfill my needs as a woman. He wanted me to go to the party with him this weekend, and acted like I should share him with his girlfriend. I told him I had training to do, because that was part of my rank, and he should take his girlfriend. He claimed I wounded him by bringing up my rank.” Carri told her story.
CAIDEN: “So they asked all of you to go to a party this weekend, correct?” “Yes.” Both Cas and Car answered. “And they took your backpacks?” “Yeah.” Again, the twins answered in the affirmative. “Did you check them?” “What do you mean?” Cass asked. “Just what I said, did you check them? Since when do those three all of a sudden become the perfect gentlemen overnight?” “Do any of you have classes with their girlfriends?” “Not that I know of.” Cass answered. And Carr just shook her head no. “It may not be the same hour, but if you have any of the same classes, they might have tried to steal your homework so their girls could cheat.” I said to them. “Shit! We didn’t think of that.” “You will have to let Iesha know.” Brandi said. I nodded and then linked Iesha. “Iesha, I need you to check your backpack for me. Let me know if anything is missing, ok?” “Ok… but why?” “We think that Mitch, Trent, and Zane may have tried to steal your homework for their girlfriends to cheat from you.” “I will check and let you know.” “I’ll be waiting for your link.” I closed the link and waited for the girls to check their backpacks. “Is there anything missing?” I asked them. They both looked a bit confused. “What’s wrong?” I asked them. “There was a pocket that was unzipped, that I don’t use, so I never have it open.” Cass said. “Yeah, same here.” Carr said. “Anything in them?” I asked. “Not that I saw or felt.” Cass answered. “Diddo” Carr said. “Well, now all we need to do is wait to hear from Iesha.” I didn’t have to wait too long, and I got a push for a mind link. “I don’t have anything missing, but there were a couple of pockets open that are usually closed.” “Was there anything in them?” “No, not that I could tell.” “Ok. And don’t worry, I will be talking to Mitch myself, and I will make him understand to leave you alone from here on out, unless you end up being his mate.” “Oh! Goddess, I hope not.” “That will be up to her.” “Yeah, but I still hope not.” “Take care of Chi, and I will take care of Mitch.” I told her and closed the link.
VINCE: “You will have to handle the Mitch thing carefully.” I tell the Twins. “I know.” Caiden said. “I don’t want him retaliating against the girls. I don’t want him hurting Sheree, but especially not Iesha.” “I get it, Sheree might deserve it, but Iesha sure as hell doesn’t.” I said. And they both nodded. “Yeah, he is acting like he likes Iesha, but he is stuck with Sheree.”
