Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human Chapter 48

CAIDEN: We wanted her to know they were from us. We wanted her to see that we were trying to be better than we had been. To apologize for our own behavior, not for our mother's, but for our own. I know going forward I won’t be doing any more of mother’s bidding. “Goddess, how much longer do we have to wait!” I said. “I know, brother, I know.” 30 minutes before temple started, the delivery finally came. “Grab the vases and let's get them to her.” I said. “Yes, we do have to hurry, or we will be late for the start of temple.” Jayden says.

CHIARA: It’s Monday, and it's the goddess’s day. Temple day. I am still not able to be up and about. But hey, the other good thing, really, is that they aren’t forcing Alpha blood into me. Nurse Baker came to talk to me shortly after breakfast. She said that I would start therapy on Wednesday, to help me get my strength back up to where it’s supposed to be. It was just after lunch, and I was working on the twins’ birthday gift. The pieces were mirror images of each other. I had taken some pearlescent white beads, put them in a small baggie, and smashed them. Then, using the tweezers, I dabbed them in some glue and placed them on the moon on the necklaces. I had just finished putting the last piece of the moon on the second necklace when the door opened, and in came the twins. Shit! I threw a few Kleenex tissues over them so the guys wouldn’t see them. “Alphas? How can I help you?” I half-whispered, half croaked like a frog. “Shh, Chi, we brought you a gift for the goddess’s day.” Jayden said. “But aren’t you supposed to give the goddess gifts?” I asked. “We have our gifts for the goddess as well. Chi. Don’t worry about that, ok. Just concentrate on getting yourself better.” Caiden said. The guys moved around my room, putting vases around, filled with my favorite flowers, including a small one that they set on the table that I use to eat off of and work from. I love Lily of the valley, and they also brought carnations. The soft light scent of the flowers filled the room. They moved throughout the room quickly. “We will see you after temple is over.” Jayden says. “Ok.” I croaked out. “Hey, Sshh.” Caiden said as he came over and kissed the side of my head. It happened so quickly, I didn’t have a chance to react. I was very confused. Why would he do that? But I just nodded. They left as quickly as they came; it was like having a whirlwind come through the room.  Once they were gone, I started working on the necklaces again. I knew that I had at least an hour, maybe two, before they would be back. And I would be able to put them away properly.

ROLAN: Tonight’s goddess celebration will be the test. I am ready. I have my baggies stashed in different places that I can access quickly, yet are still concealed from the casual onlooker. Even if someone does see me go to a certain spot, they won’t know what I’m doing unless they are standing right on top of me. I look forward to seeing how many of Derric’s wolves go wild tonight after getting a taste of my product. Asshole. I think I will turn their party spot into a real party. I will get it started after I sell a few bags and take Gina and her crew back there, and really have a party. Gina has been after me fuck her since I got here, so I might as well do her, and have her crew ready for whoever wants to join in the fun. I get dressed for temple and head out.

IESHA: School always lets us out early on temple days. I was on my way home when a couple of students actually bumped into me, staggering a bit. “Hey Esha, come party with us!” I looked the guy in the eyes; something wasn’t right. His eyes were glassy, almost as if he were linking someone, but he wasn’t, and his speech was slurred. Not to mention that he was one of the ‘in’ crowd at school, he would never be caught dead talking to me. “Sorry, Mitch, I can’t. I need to get home to get ready for temple.” “You can come join us after temple, and be my little cock toy.” He said to me. Now I definitely knew something was wrong with him. I knew I needed to get away from him, but I also knew that I couldn’t just run; he’d catch me too quickly. I did the only thing I could think of to do. I linked his girlfriend. “Sheree, Mitch needs your help; he’s stumbling all over the place. He practically just about fell on me.” I told her. “Where are you, and you better not put your hands on my man.” “I only reached out to steady him, so he wouldn’t hit the pavement. I know he’s yours, so I wouldn’t dream of doing anything with him, but please come and help him. He’s a couple of blocks away from my house, in between my house and school.” I told her and closed the link. Now all I had to do was wait for her to show up. Hopefully, it would be soon; I needed to get home. Sure enough, I didn’t have to wait long; Sheree showed up with her posse, and the minute Mitch saw her, he called me a bitch. “You little bitch, you could have had me.” He whispered through clenched teeth. I don’t know what got into him, but I know that whatever it was, it was not good. Thankfully, I never got close enough for my scent to get on him, other than that initial catch. “Babe, let’s go have some fun!” he said to Sheree. She smiled at him, leaving no room to question what they were going to do. I didn’t care; I wanted nothing to do with either one of them. He was one of the biggest jock heads in the school, and she was one of the worst snobs. I can honestly say I would rather be stuck in Chi’s room with her and the Alpha twins than deal with those two. I watched while Sheree helped a stumbling Mitch until they were out of sight, then continued home. “May I go visit Chi after temple?” I asked when I got home. “You can go after dinner.” My dad said. “Thank you, daddy.” I kissed his cheek and headed up to my room to change.

CASSIE: Carri and I were on our way home when Trent and Zane stumbled into us. Literally. “Well, well, look who we have here. If it isn’t our hot Gamma twins. Hows 'bout you two come party with us, we can show you a good ole time, better than the Alpha twins. We’ll even let you ride us all the way to the party.” Zane slurred his words.
