Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human Chapter 120
DERRIC: of the warrior barracks when I felt Louise’s anger through the bond, so I thought I would check to see what had her so animated, but when I reached the head of the stairs and actually started to hear what was going on, I turned right back around and headed back to my office, I was going to let the boys deal with their mother the way they deemed fit for them. I wasn’t going to interfere with that. She made her bed, and now she has to deal with the fallout from it. I went back to my report and waited for the twins to come to me. I didn’t even have time to pick the report back up when there was a tentative knock on my door. “Come in.” I called out. The door opened, and Chiara came in, head bowed. “The twins said I should come here, Alpha.” She said in a quiet voice. “Yes, Chiara, come in, go take a seat at the table and eat.” I tell her. She heads to the table and sits with her back to the wall, facing the door. It was only a couple of minutes later when the twins came in. “Sorry if you felt, or heard that.” They said to me. “No worries, boys, sit and eat, then we will get into what you learned.” I said. Jayden handed me some paper that he had rolled up and had in his back pocket before he joined his brother and Chiara at the table. I took the paper and started to read what was there. When I was done, I sat there. I was shocked at how many Pack members participated in his orgy parties. “*Nathan, expect to have a rash of possible pregnancies coming in, in the next couple of weeks. If it does happen. Please take names, for me, I want to compare them to a list I have in front of me. Plus, take a paternity DNA test from everyone who comes in.”* I linked him. *“Umm Alpha, some of what you are asking is against HIPAA rules.”* He sends me back. *“I understand, but I want to ensure that certain pack protocols are met. And I don’t want the orphanage overwhelmed with a bunch of unwanted newborn pups, because their parents don’t want to take responsibility for what they did.”* I sent back. *“Understood.”* I closed the link.
JAYDEN: After we finished eating, we moved to sit in front of Father’s desk. “The guys went above and beyond to lessen their punishment.” I said. “I can see that.” Father answers. “Including the fact that mother was the one who let Rolan out.” Caiden said. And father nodded. “What did you give them in exchange for their co-operation?” Father asked. “Summer school to make up what they missed, so that they could graduate with their class next year, and warrior training when summer school classes were done. But no sports.” I tell him. “They were grateful just to be out of the cells.” I tell him. Again, he nodded.
HAYLEY: I remembered something about Louise that I needed to tell the Alpha. But she was lingering and always keeping me in sight, so I couldn’t go talk to him. So, I figured I’d change tactics. “Is there anything that you need me to do? Luna Louise?” I asked her. She gave me a list of small jobs and errands to get done for her. So, I set out to get them done, and I was near the clinic, so I stopped in to talk to the doctor. I figured if I told him, he could pass it along to the Alpha for me. “Doctor Nathan, I need you to pass some information on to the Alpha for me please.” I said. “And you can’t do it, why?” He asked me. “The Luna is watching me too closely. If I say I want to see him, or talk to him, she will want to know why, and what I need him to know concerns her.” I tell him. “Ok. What do you need me to tell him?” “I followed her one day. I don’t remember which day it was, but I thought she was acting strange, so I followed her. She went from behind the orphanage to somewhere behind the Pack house, and disappeared. I didn’t see where she went, but then about 5 minutes later, she reappeared and then went back to the Packhouse.” I tell him. “I just think the Alphas should know, I think she is up to something, but it’s anybody’s guess as to what it is.” I tell him. And I left the clinic to continue my errands for her.
NATHAN: After my conversation with Hayley. I linked the Alpha. “Alpha, I just had a very interesting conversation with Hayley. She said that she followed the Luna one day because she thought she was acting strange. She said she followed her to the back of the orphanage, and then back behind the Pack house, where she said the Luna disappeared for about 5 minutes. She said she couldn’t see where she went, but when she reappeared, she went back into the pack house.” I sent through the link. “Thank you, Nathan, I will take that under advisement.” He sent back, and I closed the link and went about my rounds. I caught Nurse Baker doing the same. “I need to have a word, please.” I said to her. “Yes, doctor.” I lead her back to my office. “I am going to let you in on something the Alpha passed along to me. And I need the rest of the staff to be informed, but for a different reason. If we get an influx of pregnant she-wolves in the next couple of weeks, we are supposed to take DNA samples for paternity issues. And take down the names of any single she-wolves and let the Alpha know who they are.” I tell her. “But that is violating HIPAA.” She says. “I know, but the Alpha wants to make sure that Pack law is not violated, and the orphanage gets overwhelmed with a bunch of newborn pups, because certain individuals don’t or won’t take responsibility for their actions.” I tell her. “Understood. I will inform the nursing staff.” She tells me. “Good. Thank you.” And she leaves my office.
DERRIC: I will file the information that the doc gave me away for later, when I can actually take the time to work through it. “Chiara, can you tell me what happened last night?” I asked her. Before she could answer, Caiden spoke up. “I think that our unit needs to be here for this.” He said. “Go ahead and link them to get here asap.” I said. And watched as both boys linked their ranked unit. So, we waited for Vince and Chad to show up. We didn’t have to wait too long. And there was a knock on my door. “Enter.” I called out. The door opened, and Vince and Chad walked in. “You need to see us?” Vince asked. “Come have a seat with the twins and your Luna.” I said. And I saw Chi fidget,
