Alpha Twins' Mate's broken Human Chapter 91
DERRIC: I got out her paper file and pulled up her file on the computer, and proceeded to change her birth date and give the reason for the change. I keep both kinds of files; in case of a fire or a breach, I will always have a copy of everything. I let the boys go before school got out. I know they will want to see Chiara. And they will want to try and talk to her and try to make things right. I hope that they can reach her. But I guess we will have to wait and see.
CHIARA: Thank the goddess I am finally done, my brain feels like mush. I am glad that I don’t have to go to the Packhouse today; I can just chill. Although I do want to show Iesha Thena. I am excited for that. I will wait for her by her locker, and we can go to her place for the reveal. I am at Esha’s locker when I hear a commotion at the end of the aisle. I walked that way to see Mitch trying to detain, not block really, but trying hard to get Iesha to talk to him. I just shook my head and went to help her. “Mitch! Leave her alone. Weren’t you warned about messing with her?” I said. “Stay out of this, you fat pig, it has nothing to do with you!” “She is my best friend, so yes, it does. Let her go.” I said again. “No, it doesn’t, and I will let her go when I am ready to let her go, not because some nobody tells me to. Stupid bitch.” “Are you high?” I raised my voice to hopefully catch the attention of a teacher or staff member. “SHUT THE FUCK UP BITCH!” he yelled at me, and tried to take a swing at my face. But before it could connect, Thena made her presence known. She dodged his punch. “YOU don’t get to talk to me like that .” She said. “Kneel!” “I don’t have to answer to you bitch.” And before I knew what was happening, she grabbed Mitch by the hair, threw him on the floor, and had our foot on the back of his head. And I heard our voice call out for someone in authority to come. “IS THERE A TEACHER NEARBY? PLEASE!” I heard Thena call out. Soon, there were a couple of teachers there, along with Valen, Brandy, and the gamma twins. Great, this just turned into a shit show. “What is going on here?” a teacher asked. “He was accosting my friend and would not let her pass. I tried to talk him down, but I think he might be high or something. He started to get belligerent and call me names, and he tried to hit me. I defended myself, and I called out for help. Both Thena and I spoke as one. Which caused the teacher to look at us. “You’re not human.” The teacher stated. “What does that have to do with anything?” I asked. “No, she is not human; she just got her wolf this morning, and He posed a threat, so her wolf stepped in.” Brandi stated to the teacher. Pointing at Mitch. “Is what she says true?” the teacher asked Mitch. “Get her off me!” he seethed out. I took my foot off his head, and the teachers helped him up. “Is what she said true? I will not ask again.” The teacher asked. “I wasn’t accosting anyone; I was merely talking to Iesha.” Mitch said. The teacher turned to Iesha for her to answer the unspoken question. “He was blocking me from getting to my locker.” Iesha said. “He has been warned to keep his distance from Iesha.” Valen said, “And why is that?” the teacher asked. “He has a tendency to cause problems with her when he is under the influence, shall we say.” Cassie said. And that’s when the teacher really looked at him. “This matter will go before the Alphas and the coach.” The teacher said and hauled Mitch away. Iesha threw her arms around me. “Oh, goddess Chi, He scared me, I thought he was going to try and do something right here.” She said with tears in her eyes. I wrapped my arms around her and held her tight. “You’re ok now; I got you.” I whispered in her ear. Just then, I caught the scent of bayberry and pine, and aromatic cedar and herbs. I turned my head and saw the twins. “What’s going on here?” Caiden asked. And before either Iesha or I could answer, Valen did. “Mitch started in on Iesha again.” She told the twins. They looked around and saw us standing by her locker and made a beeline for us. “Esha? Are you ok?” Jayden asked her. She was still in my arms, and she was shaking from the encounter with Mitch. “No, she is not ok.” I said. “He scared her. He scared her badly.” “Where is he now?” Caiden asked. “The teacher took him away, and said that the matter would be brought before the Alphas and the coach.” I said. “Chi, let us deal with this, and then can we please talk?” “I am not promising anything.” I said. As I helped Iesha to her locker to get her books. And the twins left to go deal with Mitch. “Chi, please hear them out. I know how hard it is for you, I do. But I don’t want to lose you either.” She sniffled at me. I just hugged her. “Let’s get your stuff, and we’ll wait outside for them.” I told her. She nodded, opened her locker, rearranged the books she needed, and we went out to wait at the school's front entrance. When we got outside, the rest of the twins’ unit was there, also waiting. It was strange; they nodded at me. I was expecting the usual jeers and bullying, but it didn’t happen. But they did come, and semi-surround us. Not in a threatening way, but in a ‘don’t leave yet’ kind of way. I was ok with it, as long as they didn’t get too close to us.
IESHA: I was a little nervous with the guys there, not going to lie. They usually bring some sort of mischief with them. But then, when Cassie and Carri pulled everyone’s attention away, I felt better, a little more at ease. “Chi?” “Hmm?” “We should do something for your birthday.” I said. “Like what?” Chi asked. “I don’t know, obviously nothing big or fancy, but maybe go and have coffee and a sweet treat?” I said hopefully. “Yeah, I guess.” She said hesitantly, shrugging her shoulders. I was glad in a way, because it would help take my mind off what happened with Mitch. And I needed that right now more than anything else.
VINCE: Shortly after the show that Zane, Trent, and the girls put on, the twins came out of the school with a grumbling Mitch in tow. “Brandi, we’ll take one of those zip-ties please.” Caiden said. Brandi handed him one, and he put it on Zane. “Can the rest of you get these three idiots to the dungeon?”
