Kaiden pulls both Ben and his Gamma off Chad, and the two reunite opposite them. But not before Ben growled, nearly breaking Chad's arm, "This is for hurting my sister!"

They circle each other, assessing the opponent and probably calculating a strategy via mindlink while looking for an opening.

Then, in a lightning-fast exchange, they collide, fists meeting in a thunderous clash. The impact reverberates through the arena, and everybody shouts excitedly for their Alpha.

I look at Chad, equally immersed in his own fierce exchange as Kaiden.

But I can hear his opponent growling, "Don’t you ever talk to my chosen mate again or I’ll kill you!"

He punches Chad in the face, who until then was defending himself, kind of allowing the blow. But he attacks back again.

Maia chose Ben's Gamma to be her second chance? Damn, even I feel sorry for Chad.

Ben launches a lightning-fast jab-cross combination at Kaiden, aiming for precision and speed.

Ben's Gamma opens his eyes wide at seeing his Alpha defeated, and at the same moment, Chad uses this opening to encircle his opponent's neck with his arm, positioning it under Ben's Gamma's chin. Chad's other arm secures the hold by gripping his own bicep.

'I know. After the fight, we'll investigate what's going on, send the warriors to double-check the border,' I say to Jason while kissing my mate's forehead.

'I love you, good luck, Daddy,' my little sun mindlinks me with the most angelic voice in the world as she strokes her swollen belly.

I'm going to go to the ring with a stern face but with a burning desire to go back and be with her.

As soon as I enter the ring on one side and Duncan enters on the other, I force all my thoughts to disappear.

I need to focus on this fight. I need to win.
