The Alpha Prince's Abused Mate Chapter 167
ALANA
“I don’t want this! I don’t want you, Lucas! Why do I have to be married to someone like you?!” Sophia slapped the beta’s head and continued her train of yells at his face. “I want the alpha prince, not you! I want William so why the fuck do I have to end up with you?!”
Lucas’ face heated, seizing Sophia’s arms and gripping them hard until they bruised under his grasp.
“If you don’t want me, then let me tell you one thing! I also don’t want you to be my wife! I don’t want a bratty spoiled bitch like you to carry my name!”
She pushed her away and threw the glasses to the floor. “Who told you I want to carry your name?! I don’t ever want to be the mother of your fucking children? Being your wife is the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced?! I swear Lucas, I will not be married to you in a few days! I will also divorce you!”
The beta just laughed bitterly at her as he gulped down the whiskey. “Do you think any sane man would want to marry a woman like you? You don’t have any redeeming quality, Sophia! You are nothing compared to Alana!”
“Do not fucking compare me to that mutt! She is nothing compared to me!”
The look on Lucas changed as he twisted her arm. “Say another thing against her and you would walk out of this room with only two limbs left.”
Sophia gasped in pain as tears rolled down her face.
I leaned on the chair and sipped on my juice while enjoying watching their suffering from my telescope. Our room is just directly across theirs and William gifted me this instrument that was put there indiscreetly. Speaking of him, he’s on a bed soundly sleeping after I gave him a good head.
“There is nothing like hell when you are married to a man you won’t ever like. I felt that with Zuleik and now, it’s your turn to experience hell, Sophia, Lucas,” I murmured and decided it’s enough for the day.
What the both of them did to me, William, and Francine, is unforgivable. They will be each other’s karma while being trapped in the never-ending marriage woes.
That’s what I was thinking when I climbed to the bed and wrapped my arms around William’s waist who unconsciously pulled me closer to him.
The next morning, I knocked on their door wearing the biggest smile on my face bringing gifts for them.
The Sophia that opened the door looked like someone who did not sleep at all. Red eyes, big eye bags, pale face, and an overall dry person faced me with a sharp demeanor.
“What are you doing here?!” she asked while fixing her robe.
I pushed her away and stepped inside the room without any prior notice.
“I’m here to ask the new bride about what she’s feeling. As the only woman in the alpha prince’s life right now, I guess it’s my responsibility to ask how his ex-wife’s feeling after the wedding.”
I looked at her from head to tie while holding a laugh within me. “So, how are you, Sophia? Did you enjoy being in bed with the alpha prince’s beta?”
I chuckled when her face turned super red in embarrassment. “Did you enjoy your first night with Lucas, Sophia? Did you perhaps have fun together?”
She raised her hand to slap me but I was able to block it and yanked it away. “Why are you being such a drama queen, Sophia? I was just asking, you silly. Oh, wait. I almost forgot my gifts.”
I picked up the basket on the floor and scooped a handful of the rubber coils and showered her with them.
“Stop! What are you doing?! I said stop!”
She kept on guarding her face as I shoved the used condoms on her face that she ended up throwing on the floor.
“What the hell was that?!” She fell to her knees as she kept on vomiting. “You disgusting piece of shit!”
“Oh, I’m sorry, Sophia,” I apologized with a fake tone. “I thought you would like them since you are known for seducing men just to have your way. I heard you slept with other alphas just to gain support.”
She stopped puking and just stared at me. “T-That is not true! I will never do that! I am a clean and loyal wife to the alpha prince and a prostitute like you does not have the right to chastise me!”
I laughed like how she used to laugh at me as I squeezed her chin together. “You are so much worse than me. And a prostitute?” I laughed again. “We are just the same, Sophia, so don’t you dare try to make yourself appear cleaner.”
I threw the remaining condoms and their liquid on her head before leaving her room with a satisfied grin on my face but that soon erased when I saw the person right in front of me.
“A-Alana?”
It was Minerva staring at me like she had seen a ghost.
“Alana!”
She grabbed my arm when I was about to take steps away.
“Don’t touch me! Who the hell are you?”
Tightening her grip, she scanned me from head to foot while panting for air.
“I know you are Alana! You cannot fool me because I am the one who raised you!” She stared at me again. “You are Alana! You are alive all along, you bitch!”
But I pushed her away and fixed my hair. “I get that all the time so yeah, think of me as Alana. I love being her, you know. Living her life. There are so many perks.”
“Did you think the alpha prince will forever protect you? I know about your secret.” She smiled with her eyes creepily. “In the end, both of you will still not be together. I will separate the two of you and when that happens, you will regret going against me, Alana.”
I hissed at her and raised a brow. “Yes, yes, old hag. Keep dreaming the hell you are thinking about.”
I immediately left her presence and went back to my room while catching my breath. Now that I met Minerva, I know it will only be a few days or even minutes away until I meet Alpha Killian who I always felt insecure and small around.
