Brad looked downcast as he turned to the last page.

This was the only letter Alvina had left for him, explaining everything.

[Brad, by now you must've figured out my secret. Yeah, Declan was my lover and fiancé. He died from severe injuries after a lab explosion during an experiment.]

This letter confirmed to Brad that Alvina wasn't dead; she must be hiding somewhere.

Some predict that certain AI robots, when connected to a human brain, can bring a dying person back to life. In other words, these robots could gradually develop human emotions, almost like a resurrection." His voice was heavy.

If that were the case, perhaps Alvina had never given up on her research and was trying to bring her lover back to life.

Caden smiled and changed the subject, "We don't know the full details about Ms. Taylor. Let's focus on the exam cheating issue first."

Harper nodded lightly, "I've already instructed Peyton to handle it. In a few days, those involved will be exposed and will face the consequences."

On a remote island far from the mainland of Aetheria, from a high vantage point, one could see a villa standing in the center of the island.

Inside the villa, in a sealed laboratory, a beautiful woman was inputting the final code into a robot.

"Ms. Harper Orsini has met with Mr. Taylor. She plans to avenge Mr. Taylor and is preparing a plan."

"And also..." The assistant hesitated.

Alvina looked at him, "What else?"

"Ms. Harper Orsini is pregnant with Alex's child, yet they are divorced. Ms. Harper Orsini's current lover is Caden, and they seem to be in the midst of a passionate romance." The assistant reported everything.
