"Quinn and Alex actually went through with it. How ridiculous," Jeremy said, finishing his tea and setting the cup down.

"Keep all the evidence safe. Once Harper finds out the truth, she'll naturally go after the Lavien Group for us."

He smiled meaningfully. "It's perfect timing. I was just thinking about meeting the president of Zenith Enterprises Group. I'm sure he'll be very interested in this."

Zenith Enterprises Group had always been a rival to the Lavien Group.

Should Zenith Enterprises Group become privy to this information, they would inevitably become entangled. Once they offended Harper because of this, given Harper's temperament, Zenith Enterprises Group would face retribution.

Jeremy always treated Kaitlyn more like a close friend than a daughter.

He smiled, but a cold glint flashed in his eyes. "Oh, our little princess is falling in love? Tell me about him. He must be quite exceptional to win your heart."

Kaitlyn lifted her chin proudly. "Of course! He's my senior, the pride of our school. We worked together on a project and will be teaming up for the upcoming financial summit."

"I'm planning to confess to him after the summit."

Her eyes shone as she spoke about her senior.

"Our Kaitlyn is so outstanding. Even without him, you'll shine at the financial summit," Jeremy said, tapping her nose affectionately.

"Not really, Dad. You don't know how amazing he is," she said, climbing out of his lap and sitting on the couch, chattering excitedly.

Jeremy listened intently until she finished and looked a bit tired. As she was about to leave, he asked, "Kaitlyn, what do you think of the Lavien Group?"

Kaitlyn looked puzzled. "Of course, it's great. The Lavien Group is one of the top multinational companies in the country."

Jeremy nodded lightly. "Alright, get some rest."

Kaitlyn responded and left.

After she was gone, the assistant reappeared from the corner and poured Jeremy a fresh cup of tea. "Mr. Lavien, should I look into Ms. Lavien's senior?"

The assistant, always perceptive, had anticipated this.

Jeremy's smile faded. "Yeah, find out everything about him. If he's just after Kaitlyn for her status, deal with him early. I don't want her getting hurt."

He sipped his tea slowly. "However, if any issues do indeed arise, handle him after the financial summit. For now, he's still Kaitlyn's partner."

"Understood, Mr. Lavien."
