Rose Bailey: My Mate, My Flower Chapter 129

Chloe's POV

I watched as everyone got ready for dinner. Veronica was sitting at the table, upset, while Hanson had a huge grin. I knew he had a reason for curing me and getting me out of that place. I knew he didn't care about me even though I was his daughter, making me hate him with everything in my body.

"Chloe, my daughter, come sit down by me and eat," he said 

I went over and sat by him with a smile playing on my face. He thought he was winning by keeping me here. He was so wrong. Coven Members put our food in front of us. I watched as Hanson took his first bite.

"So you plan on marrying the little witch, Rose," I asked 

"Yes, she is very powerful and doesn't realize it. Once I marry her, I can combine my powers with hers. Plus, she is a very beautiful little thing," he said, and I couldn't help but feel disgusted

He began to cough repeatedly, and my smile grew wider. He grabbed his cup filled with water and drank some, which made him cough even harder. He looked at me as if asking for help until realization made its way to his face.

"What did you do to me?" he asked.

"I had one of your members poison your food. Everyone here doesn't like that you took over after Marcus died, and neither do I," I said. as he fell off his seat to the ground.

"But you need me for the cure," he said

"Not anymore; I know what is inside of it now and can make it for myself," I said and grabbed the knife on the table. 

I got on top of him with the knife in hand while he looked at Veronica, who looked startled.

"Veronica, get help," he gasped, but she just sat in her seat

"Nobody will save you, Hanson," I said and slit his throat 

"What are we going to do now?" Veronica asked

"Now we kill that little bitch," I said 

Rose's POV

"Something is wrong," Aaliyah said, and I laughed

"You're just now realizing that?" I asked

"You are going to have to use your magic, now," she said as Veronica and someone I never thought I would see walking again came inside the room.

"Chloe," I said, shocked.

"I am going to kill you bitch," she said and came at me with a knife. 

I lifted my hand and used my magic to make the knife fall from her hand. Then Chloe came at me, and I used my power to make her hit the wall. She stood back up, began creating a fireball in her hand, and then threw it at me. I used my powers and threw the fireball back at her burning her alive. 

I felt something hit my back, causing me to fall onto the floor. My stomach began to hurt as contractions started to come. I turned to see Veronica coming at me with a knife in her hand. I used my powers to make her hit the wall again.

I stood, trying to ignore the painful contractions, and walked toward where Veronica was still on the ground, not moving. I could hear her gasping for air and blood coming from her chest where the knife was. 

"Chloe," I said and then gasped from another contraction. 

"The babies are coming," Aaliyah said

"It's too soon," I said, worried for my babies.

Derek's POV

"How much further?" Jason asked

"We are almost there," Jace said

We were on our way to where Hanson had been hiding. We were deep in the woods, and I could see nothing but trees. Joyce and Aunt Lil had come with us and some Pack Warriors.

"Are you sure we're going the right way?" I asked

"Yes," Jace replied, and about five minutes later, a house appeared.

"That wasn't there before," Jason said

"Hanson put a spell on it so no one could find him," Jace said

When we got closer, I could smell Rose's scent and run inside the house. Three witches were inside. I quickly passed them and went up the stairs to where Rose's scent was. I was shocked when I made it to the third floor and saw Hanson dead in the kitchen. 

I heard a gasp and found Rose on the floor in a room. I could tell she was in pain by the noises coming from her. I looked around and saw a burnt body and Veronica lying on the floor, dead. 

"Rose," I said and went over to her

"The babies are coming," Rose said 

"Aunt Lil," I screamed 

"Are you okay, Rose," Jason asked

"The babies are coming. We need to get her to Sally," I said

"No, Aaliyah said we don't have time. They are coming now," Rose said

"I will go get my mom and Grandma Joyce," Jason said

"Everything will be alright, Flower," I said, holding her hand 

Aunt Lil and Joyce came inside the room with shocked expressions.

"Rose," Aunt Lil said

"Mom, the babies are coming," Rose mumbled

"Everything is going to be okay, Rose. I have helped women deliver their babies before in my Coven," Joyce said

"Jason, go find some towels and fill a bucket with water. Also, can you guys get rid of those bodies for me? I don't want my great-grandchildren born in a room with dead bodies," Joyce said, and we did what she asked.

Everyone waited outside while Joyce was helping Rose deliver our babies beside me and Aunt Lil. I was holding her hand while she was screaming in pain. 

"Derek, I am so sorry. I used my powers, and now the babies are coming too early," Rose cried.

"No, you don't have to be sorry, Rose; if you didn't use them, then you and the babies would have been hurt," I soothed.

"Okay, I see one of the baby's heads," Joyce said 

"You need to push Rose," Joyce said, and Rose began to push, and then I heard a baby crying. 

I looked over to see a baby boy in Joyce's hands and couldn't help the tears that fell from my eyes. 

"It's a boy," Joyce said and gave me some scissors to cut the umbilical cord. 

She handed me the baby, my son. I have never been so happy in all my life. But then, Rose began screaming again, and I knew she was having a contraction. 

"The other baby is coming," Joyce said

Ten minutes later, Joyce handed me another baby boy. Aunt Lil was holding Derek Jr, which I was happy Rose named him. Derek Jr had my eyes while Blake had Rose's. Lilly was about to hand Derek Jr over to Rose, but then Rose began to scream in pain.

"What's happening?" I asked 

Joyce had a look of shock and panic on her face.

"I think the doctor made a mistake. It seems that there is another baby that is going to be delivered today,"
