Rose Bailey: My Mate, My Flower Chapter 95

"Where is Rose?" My mom asked

"It was a trap; Rose wasn't in there. Cheryl knew you would use your blood to find her. She had somehow put Rose's scent in a room to make us believe she was there. We found a bomb instead, and somehow Jason saved us with this," Derek said, pointing to me.

"I should have known. We have to go. They aren't here anymore," Joyce said

"How do I get rid of this," I asked

"Just clear your mind, and it should go away," Joyce said

I closed my eyes and inhaled, trying to calm my body and mind. I could feel the energy leaving my body. I opened my eyes and saw that the light was gone.

"Good job," Grandma Joyce said

"Let's go. We need to figure out where Rose is," Derek said, and we formed a circle to leave Norvok.

Derek's POV

"What happened? Where is Rose?" My mom asked as we teleported back to our Realm

"It was a trap. Rose wasn't there," Aunt Lil said

"We need to figure out where she is," I said

"The problem is how are we supposed to find her?" Mark asked

We all looked over at Joyce to see if she knew the answer.

"I honestly don't know how to find her. We can try to use my blood again to figure out where Cheryl is, but that doesn't mean she is with her. We could try to use Derek," Joyce replied

"How can you use me?" I asked

"She is your mate and pregnant with your children, so maybe if we use your blood, we can find her. You and your children share the same blood, and the mate bond is strong," Joyce said

"That might work," Aunt Lil said

"Let's try it," I said and stood next to Joyce

"I will need to cut your hand because I need some of your blood for this to work," Joyce said 

Without hesitation, I held my hand out to her. She took the knife and made a small cut on the inside of my hand. I let the blood fall into a bowl that was in front of me. She then began to speak in that foreign language she always does when she performs a spell. The mixture in the bowl started to bubble after she was done. She then put one of those compasses inside the bowl and took it out.

"I think it worked," Joyce said 

"How do you know?" Aunt Lil asked

"Because the hand is moving. If it weren't working, then it would stay still," She said

"Okay, so now what?" I asked

"We follow where the compass takes us. She is still in our Realm. I will use this map to see where it leads us," She said, placing the map in the bowl with the mixture and then taking it out.

"She isn't far from here. She is on Thunder Moon's Territory," Joyce said

"We were just there. That must mean she has been there the whole time," Jason said

"We need to return and find her; now," I growled. I needed my mate back as soon as possible 

Aunt Lil, Max, Mark, Jason, Joyce, and I left for Thunder Moon's Territory. We got into two different cars. Jason, Mark, and I were in one, while Aunt Lil, Max, and Joyce were in the other.

"I am going to call Alpha Chase and let him know that we are on our way to find my mate," I said and dialed his number.

Alpha Chase was a young Alpha. At just seventeen, he had taken over the Pack mateless. It was for the best because his father was cruel. He hated anything that wasn't werewolf; if they came on his Territory, it would mean death. So he killed his wife because she had helped a human escape their Pack. That is how Chase became Alpha. He had killed his father because he killed his mother.

Chase didn't care for witches either, but he let them stay on their Territory if they were mated to someone from his Pack. Unlike his father, who would banish the Pack Member if they chose to be with their mate.

"Hello," Alpha Chase said

"Hello, this is Derek. I am on my way to your Territory because my mate is there. She has been kidnapped, and it looks like that is where they took her," I said

"Okay, I will meet you at the border," He replied

"Thanks, I will explain everything when I get there," I said and ended the call.

"He said he will meet us at the border," I said

"Do you think he will help us?" Mark asked

"I don't know, but nothing and no, one is going t.o stop me from finding Rose," I replied, and I meant it.

Cheryl's POV

"What do you mean they got away," I growled

"One of them used their magic to shield them from the bomb," 

They probably figured out that she wasn't in Norfok. I can't believe they got away. They were all supposed to die.

"Where are they now?" I asked the spy that I had inside Blood Moon's Territory. They were a Pack Member of theirs.

"They are headed to Thunder Moon," they said

"You need to get here now," I said and hung up the phone

"What did she say?" Chloe asked

"They got away," I said, not letting her know that Mark was with them

I knew she would be upset if she knew I planned to kill her son. He was my grandson, and I wanted him on our side, but I knew he would never go against his father because they were really close. I didn't want to kill him, but anyone who threatened my plan had to die. 

Chloe and I walked into the room where Rose was being kept. I had injected her with wolfsbane to keep her weak. Right now, she was unconscious.

"I don't know why we need her," Chloe snarled.

"Because with her, we can take over without Marcus. He wants to rule all the Realms; we are the ones that deserve to rule," I said

"Why do we need her," Chloe asked

"Because she is stronger than any other witch. We need to make her see the truth," I explained.

"And what is that?"

"That we are the ones that she should trust," 

I was determined to get Rose to help us take over all the Realms.
