Keith's POV

"We are here," Tia said. We walked into the two-story home quietly. 

"Where are they?" Jacob asked

"I am sure they are upstairs in my mom's room," Tia said and headed up the stairs. Mark, Jacob, and I followed her. We had guards and Pack Warriors waiting outside the house in case we needed them. 

"This is my mom's room. It looks like she is moving on with her plan," Tia said. I could see brights coming from under the door.

"What plan?" I asked

"I already told you she is planning on turning Luna Ebony against all of you," Tia replied

"And how does she plan to do that?" I asked

"By showing her the past." Tia opened the door, and bright blue lights shone around the room. Ebony and Tabatha were hovering in the air. Tabatha had her hand on Ebony's shoulder, and their eyes were closed. 

"Ebony," I called for her, but she didn't move.

"She can't hear you. Her body may be here, but her soul is in the past."

Ebony's POV

"Hello, Loser," Keith said to me as he threw a rock at me as I walked to the school bus. Tabatha had taken me to my freshman year of high school. 

"Leave me alone," I said quietly and kept walking.

"Why would I do that, charity case? Sandy told me you begged Alpha Michael and Luna Lise to let you come to the Packhouse. I am sure they feel sorry for your pathetic ass. If I were you, I would leave and never come back. You should go live with the humans. You are just as weak as they are," Keith said, and everyone began to laugh. 

I got on the bus and looked out the window to see Keith and his friends walking away. 

"Now, why would you want to be with a guy like that? A guy that thinks you are weak," Tabatha said

"He isn't like that anymore," I replied, and she laughed.

"That is because he is using you, Ebony. He only wants to be with you because you are going to be Queen," Tabatha said

"He didn't know I was going to become Queen when he found out I was his Mate," I replied

"No. But he knew you were a White Wolf. That means he knew you were special. Didn't he find that out the same night, he discovered you were his Mate?" Tabatha asked

"How did you know that?" I asked

"I did my homework," Tabatha said

"It doesn't matter. We are fully mated, and that means I can feel his emotions. I know he really loves me. So, nothing you say can make me change my mind," I said

"He only loves you because of the Matebond. Without that, he thought you were weak and treated you like shit. Why don't I show you another memory," Tabatha said

"I don't need to see any other memories of how he treated me. I lived it and have already forgiven him."

"But do you know what he said about you behind your back," Tabatha said. We were now in the Silvermoon Packhouse on Keith and My floor. I knew we were still in the past because of how the floor looked. All the decorations and furniture were from before I moved in with him. I could hear moaning coming from the living room.

"Keith, yes, harder. Fuck, that feels so good." I walked into the living room to see not only Keith and Sandy fucking, but Cindy was also with them. 

"That's right bitch take all of my cock in that tight ass of yours," Keith said as he fucked Sandy in the ass while Cindy kissed Keith on the lips. I had to remember that what I was seeing was from before we were Mates, but it didn't help with how jealous and upset I felt that he had slept with the both of them. I turned my head, so I couldn't see my Mate fucking the two she-wolves anymore.

"Oh, I am going to cum," Sandy screamed.

"There is a party at Blood Moon Packhouse. Are you coming?" Sandy asked while she put her clothes back on. I was relieved when they were done fucking.

"No. I don't want to have to deal with Derek after what happened today," Keith laughed.

"You mean when you dumped the eggs on Ebony's head? That was hilarious. I can't believe he got mad at you for that," Sandy said 

"I can. Derek likes to feel like he is doing the right thing helping that charity case," Keith said. It hurt hearing him say things like that about me.

"You should watch what you say. She could turn out to be your Mate," Cindy said, and Sandy glared at her.

"That would never happen, and if it did, my man would reject her and make me his Luna. Right, Baby," Sandy said

"You got that right. That weak bitch could never be my Mate. I would reject her instantly," Keith said, making my heart ache.

"Really, you would reject her just like that? Cindy asked

"Yes. Unless the Mate Bond places a spell to make someone think they are in love. I would reject her immediately. I would never love a weak girl like Ebony." I couldn't help the tears that were falling from my eyes. He said he would never really love me. That is the only way he would accept me as if the Mate Bond made him. 

"I think you have seen enough," Tabatha said, and everything went dark for a moment. When I opened my eyes, Tabatha and I were standing back in her room. 

"Ebony," I heard Keith say, and I turned to look at him. "What's wrong? Why are you crying?" Keith asked

"She is crying because she now knows the truth. You don't really love her," Tabatha said 

"What are you talking about?" Keith asked

"I took her back to the past and showed her how you really feel about her. Now she knows you don't really love her," Tabatha said

"That is not true."

"Then why did you tell Sandy and Cindy you would reject me if I were your Mate unless the Mate Bond makes you love someone you hate?" Tabatha said

"I never said that. Ebony, let's get out of here," Keith said 

"No. I am not going anywhere with you."
