"Hey, dad," I said, walking into my dad's office.

"Hey, you look to be in a good mood. Everything must be going good with Ebony," he said

"Yes, everything is going good," I replied

Everything between Ebony and me. Ebony finally decided to give me a chance, and I couldn't be happier. It had been three days since we first had sex, and it was amazing. Since then, I have been addicted to her, and it seems like she feels the same.

" I called you here because King Jacob called saying he was coming here. Apparently, someone informed him that Ebony was your Mate and living in our Pack," My father said

"Who would have told him that?" I asked

I was confused because only my father, my mom, Mark, and I knew about Ebony being King Jacob's daughter. I hadn't even told Ebony yet.

"When is he supposed to arrive?" I asked

"In two days," My dad said

I knew I had to tell Ebony who her father was. I just hoped she wouldn't be upset with me for keeping it from her. I also was going to find out who told King Jacob about Ebony. I went to the only person that could have said something.

"Did you contact the Royal Pack about Ebony being King Jacob's daughter?" I asked Mark while pulling him by his shirt

"No, why would I do that?" Mark asked

"I don't know, man. You are the only one that knows besides my mom and dad," I said

"I swear I never said anything," Mark said

I looked him in the eye and could tell he was telling me the truth. I let his shirt go and sat on a chair. Mark sat down on the chair right beside me. I was worried because if Mark wasn't the one that told, then someone else must know. I was sure Ebony's mom wouldn't say anything because she wouldn't want to be found by King Jacob. She did take his daughter and has hidden for sixteen years. There was no telling what he would do to her if he found her.

"You alright, man?" Mark asked

"I have to figure out who else knows about Ebony. But first, I need to tell Ebony who her father is," I said and stood up to leave.

"Good luck, man," Mark said before I closed the door.

When I walked into Ebony and My room, Ebony and Raven were sitting in the dining room doing homework. When Ebony saw me walk into the room, she smiled at me.

"Hey," I said and kissed her on the top of her head.

"You are already done talking to your father?" Ebony asked 

"yeah, Raven, I need to talk to Ebony in private," I said

"Okay, see you later, Ebony," Raven said as she grabbed her books and left.

"We need to talk," I said

"About what," Ebony asked.

"I went to see your mother the night that you were drugged at the party," I said

"Why," 

"Because I had questions for her. You told me that she told you that your father left her because you were born a female and that your parents were Mates. It didn't make sense to me because Mates don't leave each other because of the gender of their child. Mates hardly ever leave each other unless one of them is abusive or crazy. So I went to ask your mother about your father," I said and then paused

Ebony was looking at me, waiting for me to continue, but I stayed quiet.

"And what did she say?" Ebony asked

"She told me that your father was not her Mate and that he left her because he found his Mate," I said, and Ebony looked at me without speaking.

"Well, I guess I know why she hates me. He left her alone with a child. I must have reminded her of him all these years," Ebony said sadly.

"No, love, your mom had no reason to treat you the way she did all those years," I said

"But he left her with his child," she said

"he didn't mean to leave you. he wanted to be in your life and was planning on taking you and raising you when you were born. I think he knew your mother had issues. She ended up leaving with you the night you  were born without telling anyone," I said

"So he doesn't know where I am? But I thought my mom was born in Blood Moon," Ebony said

"No, she wasn't. She was born in the Royal Pack," I said, and Ebony looked at me, shocked.

"The Royal Pack, are you sure?" Ebony asked

"Yes, and your father wants to meet you, and there is one more thing you need to know," I said

"What is that," She asked.

"Your father is King Jacob,"
