Ebony's POV

"Hey Ebony," Raven said as I walked outside to the backyard. 

"Hey," I said and sat next to her.

Everyone from the Pack was outside, waiting for Edward and Keith to show up. They had called for a mandatory Pack meeting which meant that everyone from the Pack was required to attend.

"You are supposed to be up there with me, Love," Keith whispered. 

I turned and looked at Keith, who was standing behind my chair. He held his hand out for me to take, and I took it without hesitation.

"What is this meeting about?" I asked

"You'll see," Keith replied, and we sat in the seats facing everyone. Nancy and Edward smiled at us as we sat next to them. Then, Edward stood up and began talking to the crowd.

"I want to think everyone for showing up to this meeting. I know it was short notice, but some things have been brought to my attention and need to be taken care of. My son and your future Alpha, Keith, will take care of all this. Keith, come on up, son," Edward said, and Keith went to stand where Edward had just left.

"Hello everyone, I asked my father to call this meeting because I needed to make some things clear to everyone. All of you know that Ebony is my Mate and your future Luna. I am correct," Keith asked.

"Yes," Everyone responded.

"Great, now that we have that cleared up, I want to call Ashlee Kingsley to come up here," Keith said 

Everyone looked around to find Ashlee. She stood up and hesitantly walked up to where Keith was.

"Ashlee, do you know why I called you over here?" Keith asked

"No, I don't," Ashlee replied. I could hear the fear in her voice.

"You had a party at your house over the weekend that Ebony showed up to," Keith said, and Ashlee stood frozen.

"Am I correct, Ashlee?" Keith asked calmly

"Yes, I did," Ashlee said

"And what happened to Ebony at the party?" Keith asked

"I don't know," Ashlee said

"Let me rephrase that question for you, Ashlee. Did you give Ebony a mixed drink at your party?" Keith asked

"Yes, but I gave everyone a mixed drink," Ashlee said

"Did everyone else's drink have wolf-spawn in it, Ashlee," Keith said, and I could see Ashlee's skin pale

"I don't know what you are talking about. I didn't put anything inside of Ebony's drink. Someone else must have mixed her a drink," Ashle said

"Ebony, can you come over here, Love," Keith said, and I got up and walked towards him.

"Ebony, did you have any other drink besides the one Ashlee gave you at the party?" Keith asked

"No, that was the only one," I replied honestly.

"That's what I thought," Keith said, then placed one of his hands on my waist, pulling me to him possessively. 

"Well, it seems like you were the only one that mixed her a drink at your party. So now I need you to tell me how wolf-spawn got into her drink?" Keith said in his Alpha tone, causing Ashlee to fall on the floor

"I don't know what you are talking about," Ashlee said

"Tell me the truth," Keith growled in his Alpha tone, and Ashlee couldn't help but tell him the truth.

"I put the wolf-spawn in her drink," Ashlee said, and gasps were heard from the Pack Members.

"I am sorry, Keith, I just don't understand how she could be your Mate. She isn't worthy of you," Ashlee said, and Keith growled.

"you will not talk about my Mate that way, do you understand?" Keith growled

"Yes, Alpha," Ashlee said

"You will be punished for drugging your future, Luna. You will be on cleaning duty for a month. You will also be banned from entering the Packhouse indefinitely. You will also stay away from my Mate and me. If you violate any of these rules, then you will be banished from the Pack. Do I make myself clear," Keith growled.

"Yes, Alpha," Ashlee said 

"Guards, take her away from here," Keith said, and they escorted her from the Packhouse.

"I want to make something clear for everyone here. If any of you disrespect Ebony in any way, you will not get off as easy as Ashlee did. The only reason she wasn't banished for her crimes against your future Luna is that I am to blame for not making it clear that Ebony is not to be messed with," Keith said, and then he turned to me and kneeled on the ground.

"Keith, what are you doing?" I asked. I could hear the Pack Members' whispers because they were shocked that Keith was kneeling to me just as I was

"Ebony, I want to tell you in front of everyone in our Pack that I am sorry that I didn't make it clear to everyone that they are not to harm you in any way. You are my heart and my world, and I will never make that mistake again. I hope you can forgive me for my mistakes. You are my Luna, and I promise that I am going show you how much I love you," Keith said

I couldn't help the tears that came from my eyes. No one has ever made me feel loved before now. First, Keith was my bully, but now he was my Mate, and the more I was around him, the more I fell for him.
