Werewolf
Rose Bailey: My Mate, My Flower Chapter 177
Ebony's POV
"Your father is King Jacob," Keith said and
"what,"
"King Jacob is your father. Your mother told me that she took you away from the Royal Pack because he was going to take you from her," Keith said
"There is no way that he is my father. He is the king of werewolves," I said. There was no way that I was King Jacob's daughter. He was the king and very wealthy, while I was a girl from the wrong side of town.
"He is Ebony. He called my dad and told him he was coming to meet you. Plus, you are a white wolf, so I am sure that he is your father," Keith said
I couldn't believe what Keith said and somehow knew it was true. I always wondered how I could be a white wolf. White wolves were rare and usually very powerful. So it made sense that my father would be royalty, but I never imagined he would be the king of werewolves.
I looked at Keith and thought about what he had told me. He had known since the day I was drugged and was just now telling me.
"So you knew all this time and didn't think to tell me until King Jacob wanted to meet me?" I asked
"I was going to tell you, Ebony," He said
"When," I asked
"When the time was right. You had been through a lot, and our relationship was getting better. I didn't think it was the right time to tell you. I didn't want you to be stressed out," Keith said
"Well, how do you think I am feeling now," I said and walked into our room, shutting the door behind me.
"Ebony, please open the door. I am sorry for not telling you about your father," Keith said
"No, Keith," I replied, and I couldn't help the tears coming from my eyes. Not only did I find out that my father was the king and that he wanted to meet me, but also Keith hid everything from me.
"Ebony, Love, please open the door," Keith pleaded.
"I just want to be alone, Kieth," I said
"Fine, I will just be outside the door until you are ready to let me in," Keith said
"You don't have to do that," I said
"I am not leaving you. You can be upset with me for not telling you, but I am not leaving you," Keith said, and I couldn't help but sigh in frustration.
I didn't want Keith sitting outside the door, so I opened the door and let him in. He looked so relieved at my action.
"You can come in," I said
"Oh, Ebony baby, please don't cry," Keith said and wrapped his arms around me, bringing my body close to his. As soon as my body met his, the sobs began to come out of my mouth.
I was hurt, hurt that my mother felt like she had to lie to me for my whole life. Did she hate me so much that she wanted me to believe that my father didn't want me? Did she like seeing the pain in my eyes when she told me that I was the reason my father left her? I didn't know what to think.
"Shh, it's okay, Love. Everything is going to be okay," Keith whispered in my ear, causing me to relax.
Keith picked me up and put me on the bed. He lay down, and I placed my head on his chest. He wrapped the covers around us. Keith would whisper sweet nothings into my ear as I cried on his chest. Once I was done crying, I quickly fell asleep in my Mates arms.
King Jacob's POV
"We contacted The Silver Moon Pack and let them know that you would be coming to meet your daughter," One of my Pack warriors told me.
"Good; make sure that everything is set for the trip. We leave on Thursday. That way, we will make it there by Saturday," I said and got up to go to my room
"Is everything set," My mate Joselyn asked.
"Yes, my Love, My daughter will soon be coming home," I said
