Rose Bailey: My Mate, My Flower Chapter 13

"Derek doesn't want you. That's why he fucks other girls. He didn't even wait for you. He is meant to be with Vivian," Sandy said, looking at me.

All of a sudden, I felt like I was burning on the inside. I wanted to hurt her.

She kept talking about Derek and Vivian belonging to each other, and I felt like a lot of energy was waiting to be released inside me.

"Shut up, Sandy. Rose, are you? Oh my God, your eyes," Cindy said.

"HE IS MINE! I screamed

The next thing I knew, Sandy went through the school's front door without anyone touching her. The glass shattered, and she was unconscious.

Somehow I knew I was the cause of it. I felt some kind of power in me. A power I have never felt before.

I looked up and saw Cindy looking at me, speechless.

"Hey, what happened?" I heard Jason ask.

I didn't know how to tell him I had just made someone fly into the school without touching them. What was wrong with me?

Rose's POV

"What happened!" I heard Jason ask someone.

I was still in shock and upset. I could still feel the force building in my chest.

"Sandy said some disrespectful things to her about Derek. She got upset, like really upset, and her eyes changed. She caused her to fly into the school without touching her, Jason." Cindy said.

"Her powers are coming," Jason said.

"Rose, are you okay?" Kate asked me. I didn't say anything.

I was looking over at Sandy, who was starting to get up. It took her a minute to gain her balance. She had cuts on her face and body from the glass.

"She did this to me! Someone get the Alpha," Sandy said and pointed at me.

Everyone around was looking at me

"He is already on his way," I heard Jason say.

Just then, Michael, Derek, Lisa, and my mom came from out of the woods. Jason went over to talk to them. I turned around again and looked at Sandy.

My mom and Lisa came over to me. Derek and Michael went by Sandy to see if she was okay.

"Are you okay?" My mom asked me

"Look at her eyes, Lilly," Lisa said to my mom

"I know! Please calm down, Rose. Everything will be okay." My mom said, and it was helping. 

We sat down at a table outside the school.

"Alpha! look what she did to me. She used powers and made me fly into the school. Ask Cindy and Kate; they know." She said to Michael.

" Why does she keep calling him Alpha?" I thought.

"She was being disrespectful, Alpha. I was there, and she was telling her things about Derek and Vivian being together. She said that Vivian and Derek were meant to be," Cindy said

"Why would you say that, Sandy? You know that Rose is my Mate and your future, Luna," Derek said with a voice that screamed power and demanded respect.

Sandy was, on her knees, bowing to him.

It was hard for me not to go and jump on Derek. I missed him so much. I wondered why everyone used words like Mate, Alpha, and Luna.

Derek, Michael, and Jason were still talking to Sandy while my mom, Lisa, Kate, and Cindy sat with me. I had calmed down mostly but was still shaken up and confused about what I had just done. Magic was not real, but somehow I just used it on someone.

"Oh my Goddess, are you alright, Sandy?" I heard someone say. I looked over and saw Vivian walking over to her.

"Rose used powers on me," Sandy said

"She must not be safe, Alpha Michael; you must do something about her. Rose is not safe." Vivian said dramatically. She needed some acting skills.

"Vivian, you know that is ridiculous. She isn't the only one with powers. She needs to learn and control them like all the other witches here had to. You are just mad she's my Mate." Derek said.

"Derek, you know she's not worthy or fit to be Luna. You need to reject her and make me your Luna." Vivian said

I was so pissed off after she finished speaking. I might not fully understand what they were talking about, but I knew she wanted him to be with her, not me.

I stood up, and I felt the force within my chest again. I knew it was my powers. They were ready to come out.

" Rose breath, sweetie, calm down my mom said, but I was so over staying calm. I was tired of Vivian and ready to put her in her place.

I lost it when Vivian put her hand on Derek's chest.

"I would never," Derek started, but before he could finish, I lifted my hands.

When I lifted my hands, Vivian was lifted off the ground.

"Put me down, make her put me down." She said, panicking.

"Derek is mine, you bitch" I said and moved my hand, making her fly into a tree.

"Rose calm down," Lisa said.

I didn't listen to her. I lifted my hand again, and she was in the air again. I then moved my hand, and she flew into another tree.

"Rose, please, you are hurting her," my mom said, but I stood in the same spot and did it again.

The weather had changed into a thunderstorm, and for some reason, I knew it was because of this new power I was using, but I didn't care; I was going to teach that bitch a lesson.

Suddenly, I felt tingles and sparks going through my arms. They were making their way through my body. I looked up and saw Derek holding onto my arms.

"Please stop, baby, or you will kill her," He said.

"Why are you defending her? You are mine!" I said to him and lifted my hand again, lifting her into the air.

"Yes, I am yours, and I'm not defending her, but you will kill her if you don't stop. I know you don't want to do that." He said.

"You are mine! Only mine and nobody else can have what's mine."I said, and he smiled at me

"Yes, I am only yours, baby," He said and hugged me tightly.

I started to calm down from his touch. I felt so relaxed and safe in his arms. Then, the weather began to clear. The rain stopped, and the sun came back out.

I dropped my hands and could feel the power leave my body. I looked over and saw Vivian lying on the grass, unconscious. She looked worse than Sandy when I made her fly into the school door.

I started to feel guilty and panicked.

"Oh my God, I'm so sorry!" I said and started crying.

"It's okay, baby Shh, please don't cry," Derek said and picked me up and took me to Jason's car.

"I will take care of this son. Take care of your Mate. Rose, everything will be okay, sweetheart," Michael said.

Jason went to the driver's seat, with Cindy went to the passenger seat. Kate sat in the back. Derek got in the back seat with me still sitting on his lap.

I was feeling drained and worn out. Before the car took off, I had fallen asleep.
