Ebony's POV

"You see, she is too scared to take up for herself. I don't even understand how she and Keith are Mates," Kelly said. I was trying to stay calm, not wanting to lose control. I could feel the energy building up inside me, ready to come out. "You see? She is nothing but a weak slut. I bet I could take Keith away from her if I wanted to. I bet she doesn't even satisfy him in bed," She said, still looking at me. 

"You better shut the fuck up, you bitch," I growled. I could see the worry in her eyes by my tone, but she quickly hid it with a smile. 

"What are you going to do? You have always been a weak little bitch. Never taking up for yourself. You will always be weak," 

"You better stop talking to my sister like that," Alissa said 

"What are you going to do, little girl?' Kelly said 

"Don't talk to my sister that way. I am warning you right now you better leave us alone," I said 

"Or what?" Kelly asked

"I think you forgot that I am the Luna of Silvermoon Pack, and you are a member," I said 

"I don't care if you are Keith's Mate. You will never be my Luna," Kelly said 

"What is going on here?" Keith asked as Mark and he walked into the living room

"Nothing is going on. Ebony and I were having a conversation," Kelly said 

"That is a lie; you were being disrespectful to your Luna," Raven said 

"That is not true. I was talking to my friends, telling them I was surprised the two of you were Mates. Ebony overheard me, and I guess she was upset about that. I told her that  I didn't mean to upset her, but then she got to telling me that I was beneath her because she is Luna," Kelly said 

"You are lying," I growled. I was getting upset, and it was getting more challenging for me to keep control.

"Yes, she said that she could take you from Ebony and that Ebony would never be her Luna," Raven said

"She did, did she," Keith said 

"That was not what I said. All I said was that I was surprised that Ebony was Luna because she never showed any leadership skills. I told them I was concerned about how this Pack would be led with her as Luna. I feel that you should pick someone more fit to be your Luna and reject her. You should make me your Luna, Keith. I am a better match for you than her," Kelly said.

"How dare you say that? Ebony is your Luna," Keith said.

Hearing Kelly telling Keith that he should reject me made me lose it. I couldn't hold back anymore because all of my control had vanished. One minute Kelly was standing by her friends, and the next, she was flying into her dining room table.

"How dare you try to steal my Mate? He is MINE," I growled in a tone that demanded respect. I walked over to where she was and lifted my hand so that she was floating in front of me. 

The crowd gasped at the scene in front of them. I could hear whispers from everyone. I didn't care, though. All I cared about was getting rid of my enemy; right now, my enemy was Kelly.

"I am sorry. I didn't mean to disrespect you. Please let me down," Kelly pleaded. 

"You didn't mean to disrespect me? That's a lie. You wanted to steal my Mate from me," I said 

"I am sorry. KEith, please help me," she said 

"Don't you dare talk to him again? And that is Alpha Keith to you," I replied. 

Suddenly, I felt sparks going through my body as Keith wrapped his arms around me. He pulled my body to his and hugged me tightly. 

"Ebony, You need to calm down," Keith whispered in my ear soothingly. 

"But she is trying to take you away from me. She needs to be punished," I said 

"She will be, My Love, but this is not the way. You need to calm down," Keith said as he held me close. I inhaled his scent, which helped me calm down. Then, I began to think clearly about what I was doing. 

I looked around to see everyone from the party gathered around us, watching the scene unfold. They were waiting to see what I was going to do next. All the whispers had died down as they saw Kelly floating in the air while I stood in front of her.

I looked at Kelly, and I could see the fear in her eyes. She was shaking from fear, worried about what I was going to do to her. 

"I better not see or hear that you are flirting with my Mate again, or there will be consequences. You will be punished if I hear you addressing him as anything but Alpha Keith. He is your Alpha, and that is it. This is your only warning, and there will be no more. If you ignore my warning, you wish you were never born. Do I make myself clear?" I asked in a demanding tone.

"Yes, Luna Ebony," she said. I couldn't help but smile when she called me Luna.

"Good," I replied 

Before I could walk away, Keith spoke. "You will still be punished for how you spoke to my Mate and Luna. I will not take this type of disrespect from nobody," Keith said, and two guards I didn't notice before walked up to Kelly and grabbed her arms. They had to drag her away while she screamed to be let go. 

"This is a warning for all of you. I don't give a fuck who you are. Ebony is the Luna of Silvermoon Pack, and if any of you have a problem with it, you can leave. Does anyone have anything to say?" Keith asked, and everyone stayed silent

"That's what I thought,"
