Ebony's POV

"The two of you need to get a room," Kate said as she sat at the lunch table. Keith and I were in a heated kissing session, and I was sitting on his lap. 

"Oh, leave them alone, Kate. They are fully mated and can't help it,' Kayla said 

"Whatever. If this is the way everyone acts when they become mated, then I don't want one," Kate said

"I agree with you," Raven said 

"I can't wait to find my Mate. Ebony is lucky she found hers before she turned eighteen," Kayla said 

"If you say so. Ebony barely spends time with us anymore," Kate said. 

"I spend time with you," I replied

"Don't listen to her, My Love. She will understand when she finds her Mate," Keith said, connecting his lips with mine.

"I have to get to Practice," Keith said after the bell rang, signaling lunch was over. This was going to be Keith's last football game. The school would end in two weeks, and Keith would graduate. 

'Okay," I said, and he wrapped his arms around me.

"I will meet you at your class after the last period," he said and kissed the top of my head before heading to the football field with Mark.

"How are the two of you going to make it away from each other when you go to school next year?" Kate asked as we walked to our last period. 

"Keith and I have already discussed that, and he said he will come to lunch when he can. I will be fine for a few hours without him," I said 

"I hope so. I don't want you quitting because you don't want to be away from your Mate for six hours," Kate said 

'Believe me. That is not going to happen. I am going to finish school. It might be tough, but I am sure we will be fine," I said 

"So, has the king made it here yet?" Kate asked

"Not yet. He and Alissa are supposed to get here tonight," I said. It had been two weeks since I fought Mariah and won. Keith immediately called Jacob once we returned to our room and asked him if he would come back to Silvermoon and help me learn how to control my abilities. Jacob quickly agreed after Keith told him I had lost control. 

"It's a good thing he isn't bringing the Queen. I had no idea she was crazy," Kate said 

"I don't think nobody knew that," I said 

"I don't get how he would stay with her after she tried to kill you. You are his daughter," Kate said 

"She is his Mate, and he loves her," I said 

"If Keith tried to kill your child,, you wouldn't let him get away with it," Kate said 

'No, I wouldn't. But I am positive he would never do anything like that,' I said 

I understood what Kate was saying. It was messed up that Jacob forgave Alice for trying to kill me. Not only that, but they also lied to their Pack Members which caused them to get kicked out of the Pack. Jacob has been trying to contact everyone who was kicked out of the Royal Pack because of her lies. He had even allowed my grandparents to come back to the Pack, but they turned him down. I learned that a lot of the Pack Members turned him down because they didn't want to be in a Pack with Alice. 

I learned that Alice had been the cause of more than fifty Pack Members being kicked out of the Royal Pack. It was not right that she was going to get away with everything. Jacob was going to make it all disappear, and everyone would never get to know who Alice truly was. If she were any other Pack Member, there would have been a trial, and she would have been punished for her crimes. She deserved to be punished after everything she had done. One thing I knew was that I never wanted to be around her again.

"You ready to go, My Love?" Keith asked

"Yeah, let's go," I replied as I walked out of my classroom. Keith placed his arms around my waist and pulled me close to him as we walked to my locker. 

"Dad said that King Jacob and Alissa made it to the Packhouse," Keith said 

'Okay. I hope everything goes smoothly," I said 

"I am sure it will since Alice didn't come with him," Keith said, kissing me softly. I kissed him back, loving the feel of his lips on mine.

"Kate was right. The two of you are always kissing and touching,"Raven said 

"Don't be a hater, Raven," Keith said 

"I'm not. I am just stating facts. Are you ready to go?" Raven asked

"Yeah, come on," Keith said and grabbed my hand before walking to the car. Keith opened my door for me and I hopped inside the passenger seat. He went to the drivers while Raven and Mark got in the back. 

"How long is your father staying this time?" Raven asked

"I don't know. I guess until I get used to my powers," I said 

We arrived at the Packhouse in about forty-five minutes. "Ebony," I heard Alissa say as she quickly hugged me tightly. 

"Hey Alissa," I said 

"I missed you. I am so happy that we came back so soon after leaving," Alissa said

'Yeah, I missed you too, Alissa. I am happy you will be staying longer. It will give us a chance to get to know each other better and get close,' I said

"Yeah, this is going to be great,' Alissa said 

"Hello Ebony," Jacob said and hugged me. 

"Hi," I replied

"How have you been doing?" Jacob said 

"Good," I replied

"I was wondering if you would like to have dinner tonight, just the two of us. That way, we can talk about everything that happened," Jacob asked. I looked at Keith to see him smiling at me. 

"It may be good for you to talk to him," Keith Linked me.

"Sure, that sounds great," I said

"Good. I will meet you down here around seven,' Jacob said 

"That sounds good,"
