Rose's POV

"Congratulations," Lacy, Jace's mate, came up to me and said. 

"Thank You," I said with a smile.

I was sitting with Kate and Kayla at a table. Aunt Lisa decided to throw a barbeque for the pack to celebrate all the good news.

"Do you mind if I sit with the three of you?" She asked

"Of course not," I said,, and she sat down with us.

"Thank You. So how are you feeling being pregnant with twins?" She asked me

"I have just started having morning sickness. Other than that,, I am fine. I am worried now that I know that this pregnancy will only be about five months. Well,, four now because I am having twins," I said

"Don't worry about it. You will have a lot of help,, and I know Derek can't wait to be a father. You know that he was depressed when he didn't find his mate. You have changed him a lot and in a good way. I've have never seen him so happy,, and he treats you great," SHe said

"Yes,, he does. I can't wait for all the she-wolves to understand that he is taken," I said,, rolling my eyes. She laughed at my expression..

"Trust me,, they know he is taken. I went through the same thing with Jace. He was just as much of a player then Derek was. They will get the hint soon if they don't already," Lacy said

"Yeah, plus they should know better after you left Courtney frozen for half the day," Kate said,, causing them all to laugh.

"I forgot I had frozen her. She shouldn't have tested me anyway," I said

"Yeah, she's lucky you told Derek not to send her to a cell. She would be down there with all the Rogues and others that have broken the law if not for you," Kayla said

"If it were me,, I would have let Derek ban her from the pack. It is against Pack Law to disrespect a Luna," Kate said

"I am not Luna yet Kate,

"You will be in a week. Everyone needs to treat you with respect," Kate said

"Hey, Flower,, you miss me," Derek said as he sat next to me with two plates in hand.

Jace sat next to Lacy and kissed her on the forehead. 

"I see you two are getting along," Jace said

"Of course we are. She is the future Luna,, and I am Beta Female,, so we better. Thankfully Rose is a nice girl,, and I am sure we will get along fine. Right, Rose," Lacy said 

"Yep, I am sure we will," I replied

We all talked and ate our food. Many Pack Members came over to our table and congratulated us all night. Jason, Mark, and James came over and sat with us too.

"Hey, sis, how are you feeling today," Mark asked.

"Fine," I said

"So you are making me an uncle already. I just found out I have a little sister, and now I am a soon-to-be uncle," Mark said with a smile.

"Yeah, things move quickly around here," Derek said

"Well, congratulations. I am going to be the twin's favorite uncle," Mark said, causing Jason to look at him.

"No, I am the oldest and will there favorite," He said 

"Both of you got it wrong. I am the youngest and the coolest, so I will be their favorite," James said. 

"What do you think, Rose?" Jason asked me

"I think they will love all of you the same," I said, causing them to roll their eyes.

"You are no help," James said

"Well, I will be their favorite. I am their aunt, and they will love me more," Kate said, and they all started arguing back and forth about who would be the favorite.

Derek lifted me and placed me on his lap. He kissed the top of my forehead.

"I told you, Flower, everyone would be happy for us," He said

"Yeah, you did," I replied

"What's going on here?" My mom asked and sat in the seat I sat on before Derek placed me on his lap.

"They are arguing about who the twins are going to like the most," Kayla said

"Well, that is easy. They will love me the most. I am their grandmother," My mom said

"I thought you didn't want to be called grandma," Aunt Lisa said

"Whatever they will love me the most," My mom replied

"Sorry, you are wrong. They will love me more," Aunt Lisa said, and I couldn't help but laugh at them.

"Just let them all argue it out," Kayla said, and I nodded.

"Are you still hungry?" Derek asked me

"A little," I said, a bit embarrassed.

"Don't be embarrassed; you are pregnant and have been eating for three now. You are supposed to be hungry. I am going to go make you another plate," He said 

"Okay," I said, and he pecked my lips and went to make me a plate.

"I told you he is excited," Lacy said, and I smiled back at her.

Everything was going great, and I hoped it would stay that way.
