Roses POV

"What colors do you like," Lisa asked me

We had been talking about the Mating Ceremony for about two hours. Well, My mom and Aunt Lisa had been talking, while Kate and I Listened. This was the first time they asked for my opinion.

" I was thinking light blue and white. Maybe some gold as well," I said

"We will go to the dress shop and see what looks good on you," My mom said and I just nodded

"I think you would look good in purple," What do you think Lil?"

"Yes purple would look better for this type of ceremony" my mom replied

I Couldn't help but roll my eyes

"Why did you ask me if you don't care about my opinion" I whispered and Kate laughed

My mom and Aunt Lisa looked at me for a moment

"I'm sorry sweetie, we do care about your opinion. It is your ceremony and you get the final say in what you want. We are just excited," My mom said

"Yeah, I have been waiting for the day that Derek finds his mate. I was worried it would be someone I wouldn't care for. You have no idea how happy I am that it is you" She said smiling at me

I couldn't help but smile back at her. 

"How many will be at the ceremony," I asked embarrassed

"There will be quite a few. A lot of the Pack Members have also been waiting for Derek to find his mate. There will probably be more that comes to your ceremony than that came to mine. There was a lot at mine." Aunt Lisa said, causing me to become more nervous than I already was.

Everyone noticed that I was becoming uncomfortable and stared at me for a while

"I know you are worried about the mating part of the ceremony. I was also nervous and was custom to it. It won't be as bad as you think," Aunt Lisa said

We continued making plans for the mating ceremony. Aunt Lisa asked if I minded having the Alpha and Luna Ceremony the day after that Mating Ceremony because they couldn't be done together. I told her that would be fine and I would make sure Derek didn't mine, which I was sure he wouldn't. We decided to go to the dress shop after school tomorrow since it was Monday and a school day. 

After we were done talking about both Ceremonies, Kate and I decided to find Kayla. We hadn't talked to her since the day I went to the training field and saw Vivian with Derek. 

"I will mind-link her so we don't have to look all over the place for her," Kate said and she started staring into space. I knew she was mind-linking Kayla. 

"She said she is with her mom and that they are on their way home," Kate said

We went to the backyard by the pool and sat at an empty table. There were always a lot of people out by the pool. 

"Hey, guys!" Kayla said and sat at the table

"Hey," Kate and I said at the same time.

"So what did I miss," Kayla asked 

Kate and I told her everything that happened since the morning of the party. I also told her about my Mating and Luna Ceremony being in two weeks. 

"Are you nervous about the Ceremonies?" Kayla asked

"Yeah! Mostly about the Mating one. The fact that I am supposed to let Derek claim me in front of the Pack. Having sex in front of others part is something I never thought I would do," I said

"I know it may seem weird to you but not to us. Nobody is going to think anything bad about you," Kate said

"I know but it still will be weird to have people watch me have sex"

"Not people, Werewolves," Kayla said and I rolled my eyes

"Plus, you will have a bed and cover. The most everyone will see is the covers moving, your face, and they will be able to hear the sounds of your moans." Kate said causing me to roll my eyes at her too.

"It's not like others won't be mating as well," Kayla said 

I couldn't help but look over at her

"What do you mean?" I asked

"It's a Mating Ceremony! Other werewolves will be mating while you two are" Kayla said and I looked at her confused

"When an Alpha claims their Luna for the first time, All mated wolves in the pack feel what they feel. So while you are aroused they will also be aroused. Some of the mated wolves that watch you will mate in the audience." Kayla finished

"So they will be just out in the open mating?" I asked

"It's normal for us. Plus they will have covers and a cot to lie on" Kate explained

"Well, at least I won't be the only one having sex in front of an audience."

" I wanted to ask if you two would be my Ladies at the Ceremony. I also want to ask Ebony if she would be a lady as well.

" Of course, we would love to." They said and I smiles

A lady, at the Mating Ceremony, is like a bride's mate at a wedding. They walk to the podium before I do. Derek will be waiting for me just like the groom waits for the bride. 

I smiled at them, happy that they said yes.

"Look over there?" Kate said

I looked over by the pool and saw Vivian walking with Sandy. She was walking as if she hadn't just been attacked and sprained her ankle. 

"She doesn't look hurt," I said

"I told you she wasn't hurt," Kate said

Vivian looked over at me with a shocked expression on her face. She then started to act like she was hurt by limping. She smiled at me and I smiled back. 

"Did you see her start limping?" Kayla asked

"Yep! I sure did" I said 

She is definitely up to something and I will find out what that is.
