Ebony's POV

"You really believe this witch is telling you the truth about seeing the future?" Jacob asked. 

"Yes. I believe her. I have known Abby since I was a little boy. She has always looked out for me, and now I know why. She was trying to protect me and make sure nothing happened to me because I would be mated to Ebony, and we would be the King and Queen," Keith said.

"Alissa never wanted to become Queen. I don't get why she would help her mother destroy her older sister. That is not the Alissa I raised. I am sure Alice is making her do this," Jacob said. 

"We don't always know what someone is capable of," Keith said.

"I know my daughter. She would never do something like this if she weren't being forced. I am sure Alice is forcing her to do this. She has always told me she didn't want to become Queen. It makes no sense that she would be working with Alice for something she doesn't really want," Jacob replied.

"I don't think she is being forced. I believe she wants to become Queen because she is mad at me. She blames me for you and Alice not being together right now. She also feels that I am taking you away from her and that I am the reason Alice is in trouble with the Royal Council," I said.

"I know she is upset with you, but I don't believe Alissa would hurt you," Jacob replied

"Wouldn't do anything to hurt her. I don't know if you forgot, but Alissa helped Alice kidnap Ebony. That means she would hurt her," Keith said 

"She told me that she only did that because her mom made her," Jacob said, causing Keith to laugh. 

"And you believed her?" Keith asked

"Yes. I know my daughter, and she would never do anything to hurt anyone without being forced," Jacob growled.

"That is bullshit, and you know it. Alissa did it because she is jealous of Ebony and you are spending time together," Keith said 

"Okay, that is enough," I said, but they kept yelling at each other as if they didn't hear me say anything. 

"I know my daughter better than you. This is because I raised her," Jacob said.

"Well, you don't know her as well as you think you do. If you did, you would know she is jealous of Ebony and you because she doesn't want to share her daddy with anyone else. She also is mad that Ebony is getting more attention than she is. I am sure she isn't used to standing on the side while someone else gets all the attention. I bet you don't even know what everyone says about the spoiled princess that has a fit when things don't go her way," Keith replied.

"I will not let you talk about my daughter like that," Jacob growled.

"And I will not let Alissa get my Mate killed. I hope you didn't forget that Ebony is also your daughter, and Alice and Alissa are planning on killing her," Keith said.

"I SAID THAT IS ENOUGH," I yelled. Keith and Jacob both looked at me in surprise. I was sure they didn't expect me to yell at them as I did. "We have too much going on right now, and the two of you arguing is not helping. The Warriors will be here soon, and we need to figure out where to have them look for Alice and Alissa. We all need to work together if we are going to find them," I said 

"You are right. I am sorry, My Love," Keith said to me and then looked at Jacob. "I am sorry for yelling at you, but I am only trying to protect Ebony."

"I know, and I am sorry as well. I would never let anyone hurt Ebony. She is my daughter just as much as Alissa is. I just really feel like Alice is making Alissa do all of this," Jacob said. 

Keith was about to say something, but I placed my hand on his and shook my head, telling him to let it go. I was sure he was going to try to convince him that everything Alissa did, she did with her own free will. I knew it just as well as Keith knew that she did everything to me because she wanted to. But I knew Jacob was in denial. He didn't want to believe that his daughter would do anything so evil on her own. I knew it would be a waste of time trying to convince him differently.

Keith closed his eyes for a moment. I knew he was frustrated with everything that was going on. He was mad and worried because he knew Alice was not only planning on turning the werewolf community against me and making Alissa Queen, but she was also planning on having me killed. 

"The warriors are almost here," Keiht said, looking forward. I looked where he was looking and could see all the warriors, trackers, and guards walking our way. 

"We need to find Princess Alissa. She has been taken away from the Packhouse. Please come up front so I can tell you where I want you to look for her," Keith said 

"All of the trackers, please come with me. I am going to split you all up in groups so you can look for her," Jacob said, and the warriors followed him.

"Mark, I need you to take some of the warriors and go to the Rogue territory and see if anyone might have seen Alissa or know where she might be," Keht said 

"On it," Mark said, and he and a group of warriors left. 

"Do you think we will find her?" I asked

"I am positive I will find her. I won't rest until we find both Alissa and Alice," Keth said. 

"Keith, Ebony, you won't believe what we just heard," Raven said as she ran over to us. 

"What," I asked

"The Queen is demanding that the Royals give Alissa a chance to become Queen. She said she wants them to give the Werewolf community a chance to choose who they want as Queen."
