Her polite tone only stoked the fire in Adrian's eyes. He'd been beating himself up this whole time, but that didn't mean he was okay with how casually Natalia acted around Evan.

Natalia rolled her eyes when she saw him just standing there like a statue.

"Excuse me, young man."

Natalia heard Liana's voice and stepped aside.

Liana looked at them from behind the counter. "Please let me know if there's anything we can help you with."

Adrian glanced at the older woman, then turned back to Natalia.

"Are you coming with me or not?"

Natalia could hear the warning in his voice. She wasn't about to back down.

"I told you that night—I'm just tired. What are you going to blame me for this time?"

"Did I say I came here for that?"

"Then why are you here? Adrian Miller, if you want me to lose my job, just go straight to my boss and ask her to fire me. What else should I expect from you? But at least don't destroy her business," Natalia said, her voice sharp with anger but kept low enough that only he could hear.

After hearing her, he looked at the others who were still staring at them.

"Can't you all just mind your own business?"

Natalia glared at him. "You—!"

Adrian ignored her furious look and walked toward the counter.

He stopped in front of Liana. "Are you the owner of this coffee shop?"

"Yes."

Adrian nodded and pulled a card from his wallet. He placed it on the counter and kept his palm over it.

"Your dedicated employee said I was disrupting your business. So I came here to pay for the inconvenience."

"Oh, that's not necessary."

"I want you to cater coffee for my company tomorrow morning."

Liana and the other employees, including Natalia, were stunned.

Natalia could see how every woman in the coffee shop was stealing glances at Adrian. She was amazed that some of the female students sitting at tables had started recording videos of him.

Natalia rubbed her forehead in frustration. 'They recognized him!'

Adrian had always been popular with girls and women.

"Well, okay. What's your company's name? We can arrange that," Liana said with a nervous chuckle.

But when Adrian moved his hand away from his business card, her eyes went wide.

She immediately looked up at Adrian. "Al-Alpha A-Adrian?"

Everyone in the cafe heard Liana. They were so shocked their knees started shaking with fear.

"Alpha?" They began whispering.

Those girls who had been recording immediately posted their videos online.

"Yes, he's Alpha Adrian."

All the guys, including Evan, quickly got to their feet. Evan was in shock that he'd just been having a casual conversation with the head Alpha.

Adrian felt annoyed by all the whispering and turned around to face them.

The moment he turned, everyone bowed to him.

"All hail our head Alpha."
