Alpha's Twins Chapter 209
**Third Person POV**
Every single person in that room stared at Natalia like they'd seen a ghost. The princess of the Blue Blood Pack—here, in *this* pack? It didn't make sense.
Their eyes swept over her, taking in every detail. This was the woman who used to run her brother's pack company with an iron fist. The same woman who commanded respect just by walking into a room.
Back then, she'd had this aura that made everyone sit up and pay attention. That ice-cold stare of hers could make any Alpha want to break her down, make her submit. Problem was, none of them had ever managed to do it.
But the woman standing in front of them now? She looked like a shadow of her former self. Her hair was a little messy, and that dress she was wearing—definitely not designer. This wasn't the powerhouse businesswoman who used to dominate board meetings. This was just... a woman who served coffee. The coffee tray in her hands said it all.
These were all pack Alphas sitting around that table, and you could see the shock written all over their faces.
Natalia's eyes found Adrian. She could feel everyone staring, could sense them sizing her up, picking her apart.
Adrian raised an eyebrow at her, then let his gaze drift to the other Alphas who were still gawking.
"Natalia?"
His voice cut through the silence, deep and commanding. The other Alphas snapped their attention to him, watching as his eyes moved between them like a warning.
Natalia actually laughed—a bitter sound.
*This bastard never fails to surprise me. He called me up here just to humiliate me in front of his little Alpha club,* she thought, her hands clenching into fists.
One of the pack Alphas—clearly not reading the room—decided to open his mouth.
"Miss Natalia, what the hell are you doing here? I mean, this is the pack that destroyed yours. Why would you stick around?"
Adrian's expression went dark. His jaw tightened as he growled under his breath, "Sounds like you want your pack to be next on my list."
The Alpha's eyes went wide, and he immediately looked down. He'd just asked a simple question—why was Adrian losing his shit over it? He'd done business with Natalia before, knew her reputation. She wasn't the type to bow down to anyone.
"Miss Natalia," Adrian said, turning back to her. "What are you doing here?"
Natalia could see the anger building in his eyes. She didn't get why he was putting on this act. Wasn't this exactly what he wanted—to make her look pathetic in front of everyone?
She stepped forward and set the coffee tray down on the table.
"Alpha, your coffee."
Adrian glanced at the tray with a frown, then looked back at her. She gave him the coldest smile she could manage.
She looked around the table at all of them, then said, "Hello, everyone. Good to see you all again. Sorry for interrupting your little meeting. Please, don't let me stop you."
For just a moment, with that cold smile, they all caught a glimpse of the old Natalia.
Without another glance at Adrian, she turned and headed for the door, leaving them all sitting there wondering what the hell had just happened.
