Alpha's Twins Chapter 254
**Adrian's POV**
I couldn't stop staring at Natalia. She looked absolutely stunning—like royalty. That coffee-colored dress hugged every curve perfectly, making her look like some kind of goddess. She didn't have that washed-out look that most women get under these lights. Instead, she was practically glowing, and honestly? She was the most beautiful woman in the room.
I couldn't look away if I tried.
I didn't bother hiding the grin that spread across my face.
Her eyes wandered around the room until they landed on my kids.
"I'm really glad you invited their mother," Dad said, and I could hear the happiness in his voice. He'd always had a soft spot for Natalia.
Mom stayed quiet, just watching Natalia with those calculating eyes of hers.
I stepped away from my parents and started walking toward Natalia.
Suddenly, I actually wanted to be at this party. Hell, I wanted to stay all night.
But just as I was about to reach her, someone else walked into the pack house.
He went straight to Natalia and whispered something in her ear. She turned to him and laughed, then shook her head.
"Max Harrison," I muttered under my breath.
Tonight was a big deal, and Max Harrison was one of our VIP guests. Of course he'd be on the list.
I watched Natalia and Max walk in the opposite direction. She hadn't even looked for me at the party.
*So she turned down my invitation just to show up as Max Harrison's date?* The thought made my blood boil.
I cut through the crowd to the middle of the hallway before Natalia could reach Aria and Noah. I signaled for a microphone. Delta Julian brought one over and spoke into it.
"Ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention, please?"
Everyone stopped what they were doing. I glanced at Natalia. She was standing in the center with Max, looking right at me.
When our eyes met, my wolf went crazy. He wanted her. He wanted to hold her and never let go.
"Alpha Adrian would like to say a few words about tonight's celebration."
Julian handed me the microphone. Natalia looked away, and so did I.
I scanned the ballroom—it was packed. We were in the back section of the pack house, and the place was buzzing with energy.
"Tonight is really special for me. I want to introduce my children to all of you."
I looked over at Aria and Noah. Mom gave them a little nudge to come join me.
Like the good kids they are, they walked over and stood beside me.
"This is Noah Miller and Aria Miller—my blood, my heirs. I'm lucky as hell to be their father."
Everyone started clapping. But when I raised my hand to speak again, the room went quiet.
"For years, they've been living with their mother, Natalia Hansley. But from now on, they'll be staying with me."
You could hear a pin drop. Most of these people had no idea Natalia was my ex-wife. To them, she was just the CEO of Blue Blood Pack's company.
"Natalia Hansley is Alpha Adrian's ex-wife!"
"How is that even possible?"
"Is that why Alpha Jason tried to embarrass Alpha Adrian at that meeting?"
"Is that why Alpha Adrian took over Natalia Hansley's brother's pack?"
Questions started flying around the room like wildfire. I looked back at Natalia.
I expected her to be happy that her kids finally had their father's name.
Instead, she looked like she wanted to murder me. The ice-cold stare she was giving me could have frozen hell over.
